Airport Sleepy Inn

It did provide a place to stay. Kind of a low rent place. Adequate, but barely.

Arriving after dark very limited visibility to no street lights in the area. A/C should be on when expecting guests.

The staff lied about the breakfast hours

Nothing. The location is advertised as pet friendly. It is not, so we were not allowed to stay. They refused a refund too. The inn keeper immediately scammed me. I asked where to get water, he pointed to a hose outside. I said, "that will make me sick". He said, "okay, 50 pesos for a bottle". Nbd, I thought. Gave him the 50 pesos, he went and grabbed a bottle. Then asked for another 50. Then saw the pets and said they aren't allowed. Booking will not refund. Area is also dangerous Everything

They calling gangsters for me they make me pay more money they stile me Nothing

It was adequate for the price. I mostly just slept there.

Is a hidden property towards the back road. When I looked at the gate up with wires up. I got a little worried. But after 1am is lockdown for nobody to go outside. I find out the place is fine after all value. No coffee in morning

Cute aesthetic details in the room, TV and AC were easy to use. Shower was hot. Seems like a family residence that has been developed into a casual bed & breakfast. The staff are willing to answer questions. Oxxo is nearby, as is the main highway, and you can can flag down a minibus to go into the city or to the airport for only ten pesos. The water wasn't working when I arrived, and I woke up covered in itchy insect bites. Loud noise from people and animals on the property throughout the night. This area is mostly industrial and there are few amenities nearby - if you want to walk around you have a choice between the busy, dusty highway or the mysterious back lanes with the stray dogs.

The location was horrible

Very affordable So the guy overbooked the main establishment and made me go to another property next door he had, but it didn’t had access to the kitchen nor the “store” Now, the store was almost like and airport price which seemed ridiculous.

The property did not exist!!! It is scam!!! Scam!!!

The price. It's across the street from the hotel entrance, a long walk and up some steep steps. The staff told me they could get me an airport taxi in the morning for $40 US. Uber is available for $6 US for the same trip. There was a scorpion in my room when I opened the door and a strange man lived there who kept telling me how pretty I was.

Only the room air condition and wifi is acceptable. other things was tribble, specially staff attitude! they couldn't speak English at all thought the name of hotel is English and yard was full of the flags of countries as one can see in an international hotel! We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport so that our transportation to the airport would be easy, but I wish we hadn't made this choice! We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and since our check-in time was after noon, we just wanted to leave our luggage there. The hotel door was closed and after knocking and ringing the bell several times, the manager came and opened the door in a bad mood and before we could say our request, he told us an extra fee for early check-in! When we asked about the airport service, the fee he told us for the taxi was even more than the one from the city to the airport! We returned in the afternoon and our companion wanted to go to the airport that same afternoon. But the hotel door was locked and the taxi we had called was waiting for us outside the door. After much shouting and banging on the door; the hotel manager came back with a bitter and demanding attitude and opened the door and said there was a bell! A bell that he had not told us about before or that was not properly marked! The next morning at 6am, a similar incident happened to another guest. The room was also in a very bad condition. There was a plastic sheet on the bed and a sheet that kept sliding and making noise. The bathroom also did not have proper hot water. We counted down the minutes until the night was over and quickly left the place, well before our flight. The only acceptable thing was the air conditioner in the room.

Nothing. Absolutely no staff to help us at critical moments. We were locked into the complex with no one to help us get out. The electricity and A/C went out. There was a large spider in our room. The man who gave us the room seemed very disconnected and bordered on rude. We were very unhappy there and had to call a taxi and leave the so-called motel after a couple of hours.

The host is really sweet

Working TV AVOID!!! NO breakfast offered and didn't reply to my WhatsApps asking about this Strange vibe with the man and woman- no smiles and made to feel unwelcome Also, very difficult to get to from airport, same price for taxi to centre. Non Uber available. I had to get ADO bus to centre then a taxi from centro to 'Airport hotel'

I NEED MY MONEY BACK THE LOCATION IS VERY DANGEROUS, TERRIBLE, AND DIRTY , THE SERVICES BAD, I NEED TO GET OTHER HOTEL ALL ,
