very helpful host

Francisco was a fantastic host and gave us great recommendations for dinner and getting around. He made a terrific breakfast with eggs, fresh fruits, juice, toast, coffee etc. that we ate overlooking the garden and pool - an oasis. Our room was quiet and comfortable. His place was perfect for our needs.

Francisco was a great host, very friendly and helpful (and so was his staff). Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Nice view of pool and lush backyard. Tropical bird songs in the morning made it special. Home-made breakfast was excellent. Fairly near the airport. Be sure to ask for a shuttle if you need it (would have been convenient, but we didn't know about it in advance). All together, a wonderful first night and morning and welcome to Mexico! Nada. It was all good.

The host, Francisco, was super accommodating after our flight cancellation. We were lucky to find his place and spend the day relaxing at the pool. The room was lovely with view of backyard and super comfortable beds. Nothing! It was great.

It was close to airport, had grass for my dog to run around. Definitely dog friendly We got the room upstairs, sheets were paper thin air was going at max speed and still felt hot, the main house to walk in and to was extremely hot. and host had to open gate to get to the car

Cancun Soho provides a lovely stay just ten minutes away from the airport. It offers a comfortable space that feels like a home. The hosts were communicative, warm and friendly, and the home-cooked breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house which is very close to Cancun Airport, but also in a quiet and calm neighbourhood, which is just what we needed to rest and recover after a very long trip! We arrived in Cancun quite late in the evening and even more so as our flight was delayed. However, Francisco stayed up to wait for us and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. The house is very clean and our room was excellent and spacious, perfect for a family. There were other guests staying at she tame time, but the house is big enough so it feels like a Bed & Breakfast or a mini hotel.The garden is wonderful and we had a great time there. The next day, Francisco cooked a delicious breakfast for us which we were happy to pay for, and even though the check in was in the morning, he and his wife were very attentive and flexible with our check out time. We kept our suitcases in a safe place in the house and were able to enjoy the pool. They also recommended some excellent tacos very nearby! I can't recommend this place enough if you need to stay near Cancun airport.

Perfectly located near the airport, breakfast is good , family rooms was big and comfy

The location was a little tricky to find at night, but once there everything was eccelent. One big room with three beds, a nice garden with swimming pool, excellent breakfast at a little extra cost was very welcome.

Staff was excellent. Very kind. Provided continental breakfast for 100 pesos each. Location was very quiet and definitely off the beaten path. It seemed very safe. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. AC was good. I liked the way the property was organized -- we had a key to the outer door that locks down the whole facility, and a second key for our room. I didn't feel the need to lock our room, since the whole facility was secure. We could have left just the screen door shut if we weren't running the AC. The neighborhood seemed safe any way. Pool was out of commission. It was apparently being rebuilt. I probably would not have chosen to stay there if I had known that. Bedside tables would be nice -- a place to put your water and phone.

Clean, quiet, lovely pool. Fair price. Francisco was an excellent host. There are no restaurants in walking distance but Francisco arranged an uber for us and provided a shuttle to the airport in the morning ($450 pesos). All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend for the night before or night of arrival of your flight or a few days in Cancun Bit far away from restaurants etc but we had uber

Great restaurant recommendation by Francisco. Clean and comfortable. Very accommodating for locking the car behind the gate. This is not a neighborhood that you can take a walk in but if you need to arrive the day before a flight it checks a lot of boxes especially if you have a rental car. Needs a suitcase rack or a table or credenza to place suitcase that’s not a bed or the floor.

Excellent option to stay next to the airport without the plane noise. Francisco and his family are great hosts and genuinely made everything to help us out for our stay in Mexico. We had the family bedroom at the back of the garden. While a bit dated, it did the job. Breakfast was great. Parking off the road.
