Friendly staff, they all seem like they love their job and helping people. The facility itself is beautiful, clean and extremely well kept. I understand you can’t control nature, but I wish they had a way to control the seaweed that collects on the beach better. Couple of us got sick on the same night that ate the same food. The rest of the time the food was great.

El servicio tiene mucha oportunidad, los meseros y cocineros en general tienen una muy mala actitud y se enojan cuando les pides ayuda, un mesero incluso nos dijo van a querer algo más porque ya no quiero volver a su mesa.

El staff en general es muy poco amable. Tienen muchísima oportunidad en trabajar con el staff en los bares y restaurantes para asegurar que tengamos una muy buena experiencia, incluso el equipo de concierge, se less tiene que convencer para que te ayuden.

The ambiance, the food at BOs, the hibachi and the taco spot for lunch. The having to make reservations and most of the restaurants for booked up on the app, but luckily we were able to walk in by being a small party. And the fact that everything closed so early.

Very easy to navigate. Not a huge property. Plenty of space though so everyone was spread out. Andres at Adelita was the highlight of our trip. He was the only one that truly provided customer service. The long wait times for room service, nearly impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants so we mostly ate the buffet or one of the fast casual places. The staff was not attentive and I wasn’t even allowed to go to my room until almost a half hour after check in time. I also put in my reservation that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, mentioned it again at check in and talked to guest services about doing the mini cake and banner and we never received it. Even after confirming with guest services that we would receive it.

Very nice very clean and beautiful building All

The place is beautiful, large, and spacious. For me, the main buffet restaurant was the best of them all. I stayed for three days, but I wasn’t able to get reservations at the restaurants I wanted. We arrived on Saturday, and on Sunday after lunch, my husband and I started feeling sick. I don’t know what happened—maybe it was the food, the drinks, or even the pool. But we had an upset stomach until it was time to leave on Tuesday. We weren’t able to enjoy the rest of our stay very much.

The food is just amazing. They have nice restaurants that you can book, but the main buffet is awesome. The food is always fresh and delicious. I booked this place because of the reviews about the food, and I can say they didn't disappoint. Take me back again to Catalonia. My daughter’s shirt disappeared after a clean-up in our room. We tried to talk to them; maybe it was in the lost and found, but it wasn't found. It’s not much, but it was a weird situation.

Everything was excellent! I loved the pool and the splash pool for kids! Beach is very pretty, food was excellent, loved their buffet for breakfast, little Mexican and Peruvian restaurant for lunch, and à la carte restaurants. Did not have any issues making a reservations for the restaurants via their reservation system, and sometimes even went to the restaurants without reservation. Beach was very beautiful, was able to find shade, but we usually go in the morning, but when I would come back in the afternoon beach was full… Most of my time there there was no sargassum, only last day, but was able to swim around it. Overall great hotel, beautiful grounds, very peaceful, very kid friendly! I loved their coffee shop, would definitely come back again! Nothing

The look and feel of the hotel is great really nice views turquoise waters and really attentive staff. No umbrellas on the beach so the sun burns you alive also the elevators don’t work so walking up the long stairs to ur room with the heat is terrible. Walking from one end to the other of the resort takes over 10 minutes and there’s no shade at all.

The facilities were good, but a little bit too compact, not many open spaces. Food was good. Having stayed in many all inclusive hotels in Cancun at least once a year in the last 15 years, I was disappointed with the alcohol options, which were basically sub standard, and even the selection for the “Vacation Club” was not premium as advertised but basic. I ended buying my own bottle of scotch, as the options were just beer and rum from low end brands, not what I would have expected from a premium hotel. I was also looking forward to eat at the Spanish Restaurant Barcelona, but to find out it was vegetarian, which I find to be a contradiction

It was very clean, decor was nice and really maintained. The lack of supplies for stomach remedies. Such as electrolytes.

I believe the food could've been better. There was not a variety of choices. The food that was provided was seasonless and dry. I do wish the pool bars did not close so early.

The food was great. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Israel with Vacation Club was the nicest person I met at the resort. The room layout was great and looked exactly like the photos. The entertainment was great. This was my first time staying at all inclusive and it was great. After checking in at the front desk and being told my room was ready when I opened my room door there was a couple in the room already on the bed and enjoying the room. We both went to the front desk and we were eventually given another room. But the way we were spoken to could have been better.
