Hotel Antillano Cancun

Friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed, close to the bus station, restaurants etc On the night that I stayed in the hotel, there was a party nearby with very loud music until late night hours. The windows did little to insulate the noise so getting a good night sleep was impossible. Also, the hotel is ok but I find it's slightly overpriced - the room is really quite basic, the towels look old etc.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Plaza Las Palapas and a 20-minute walk from the craft market. Despite being close to a main artery of the city, we had a lot of peace and quiet in the room, perfect night of sleep before taking the plane. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. The mattresses were a little soft. The hotel need some updating (furniture, decor), but that's part of the charm! For one night it was very decent for the price.

The room seemed relatively clean. The proximity to the ADO Bus Station as I had an early morning flight and didn't want to rely on extortionate taxis as Ubers don't take you to the Airport. The room was horrible. The ceiling AND walls had the very dated "popcorn" effect.

Located close to city center and main street. Easy in and out, lots of place to go eat. Leaking faucet.

My favorite hotel on Cancun! Awesome staff very clean great food and service!

The bed was not so comfortable. The city is very noisy and the sound insulation is not best, don't forget your earplugs.

There is no elevator, so beware if you are traveling with heavy luggage or kid with stroller. You will need to carry them through stairs.

Good located. Awful experience. Someone opened our door around 4:00 am and wanted to enter our room. Obviously it was someone with a key-room. This is very unprofessional and not safe at all. We were really disappointed and they were not able to give a reasonable explanation. No one gave us an answer... We felt very unsafe.

Spotless cleanliness. Despite the old forniture, the hotel could have a charming outlook if it weren't for the neon lightning, the tape crosses on the floor and the signs forbidding to open the windows. The receptionist at the check-in was very nice, but the one at the desk on the following days was just terrible customer service. I asked her for a glass to take a medicine as none had been made available, she said they had no glasses in the hotel (this considering the hotel has a restaurant). I asked her how to reach the beach and she starred at me as if she was not aware of the existence of beaches.

Everything was great. The only negative I could find was its price that is somewhat high for this place in my opinion. I would still not say that it’s too overpriced

the location is great, closed to Chedraui (grocery stores), restaurant and bus ADO station. The staff wasn’t friendly I don’t know if the English language is lacking. I asked for extra towels because I’m going to snorkel but they won’t give me.

They tried to extort me for more cash and when I refused they became rude and tense. I didn't feel safe and decided to pay for and stay in another hotel rather than risk something bad happening here. Hope I can get my money back, but just grateful to be alive today. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
