Easy to reach from the airport - only driving on one avenue. Near locla supermarkets and Parque de las Palapas . The rooms are hot and the AC does not work well to cool dow the whoke room. The bathroom is old and the water leaks from the shower. The internet signal is very poor.

The stay was average. Staff tried to help, but communication was difficult since only one person spoke English. I also had an issue with cold shower water that wasn’t resolved after I asked. Overall, I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, only for sleeping and showering.

Everything is close to the hotel , stores and moree They need to have extra blankets,

Great location and the staff was all smiles

Hotel was in downtown close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. There was a nice refreshing pool, and another on the roof that was being remodeled. The rooms were large and modern with comfortable beds and a large walk in shower that was great for my mom who uses a walker. The Restaurant in lobby was delicious and convenient. Staff was very nice & helpful. Didn't like the fact that we could NOT bring alcoholic drinks to OUR room or anywhere on the property for fear of being evicted and the Hotel could be shut down! Thought that was unusual since WE ARE IN MEXICO!!! They could also use bars in the bathroom for handicap accessibility.

I liked the property is located on AV Talum a major street in Centro Cancun (downtown). The property is located about 2-3 blocks from ADO bus station. City transportation, food and shopping is accessible once you walk outside the main lobby doors. The room and hotel was clean. The front desk staff and house keeping were kind. I stayed in room 101. I didn’t like my room despite being told the elevator was broken. I didn’t like the two hard beds. The room didn’t come with blankets on the bed. For the lights, air conditioning to work my key card had to remain in the light slot. I had to request a plunger because the toilet was backed up. The air conditioning did not have an adjustment switch, it was either on or off. The room was old, for the amount of money paid per night the price should have been discounted. The loud noise from the club was annoying. I didn’t raise the shade because I didn’t want anyone looking in on me. The room didn’t have a microwave. Last the towels were old and warm and no face- wash clothes provided. The water from the shower got all over the floor. The cold wet tile can cause a slip and fall. I will not return to this hotel in Cancun. The hotel is located right next door to an abandon building.

Location Friendly employees Nothing
-
The location. So much to do around, felt extremely safe and the room was amazing. I have 4 dogs but the dogs in front did bark a lot very loudly - 4am wasn’t a fun time to hear them, especially having my child with me. And we were really looking forward to trying out both pools but 1 is currently closed.
-
Friendly staff. Location close to lots of food options. Very noisy in the evenings until very late with people in the lobby. Dogs at residence in front of the hotel bark and are extremely loud echoing in the lobby through the doors of the rooms. Not easy to sleep with all the noise even with ear plugs in.

Location is good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and transportation. Nothing
-
It was somewhat close to the bus station I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s pretty much a dive
-
The host Danylu was tops All was good
-
A worn-out place! Especially for the price you have to pay.
-
No refrigerator in room and despite request to move, it didn't happen. Air wasn't on despite advance confirmation of stay. The hot/cold shower was a puzzle. It was struggle get temperature right.
-
I didn't like that across from the hotel there were 2 dogs barking constantly. Looks like a bad neighborhood too because there were lots of homeless.
-
Dogs barking across the street all night. The area is iffy lots of homeless around the area.
-
Cleanliness, working pool, elevator & a/c. Vibrating noise on a/c condenser all night long, loud voices in the early morning, dog barking all night long.
-
Too basic. Location isn’t great. Can’t go buy anything after dark. Kind of shady.
