The terrace on rooftop gives an excellent view. There is a couple of supermarkets nearby and a Chinese cafe at the same building. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Perfect reception and responsive staff No internet in my room. Jacuzzi water was not cleaned (on the rooftop terrace). I had to call the helper twice (to fix the toilet and the balcony’s door)

The room was clean and comfortable. A/c worked. The pool was out of service. Being it is so hot and traveling with children. Looking for a place to relax after a plane ride. I was disappointed I was not told about the pool. The elevator is so hot.

The hotel is easy to access from the airport and has many amenities (restaurants, banks, food stores) within walking distance. The room was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was undergoing some work and could not offer us breakfast.

The hotel and breakfast looks a lot better online.... The room was ok and have a comfortable bed and good TV but a terrible smell though. They probably allow people to smoke inside as it stinks to cigarette and fried oil from the restaurants around. Breakfast was VERY basic without much options. Instant coffee and fake juice for drinks and only 2 options for eggs and 1 slice of bread...

The cleaning ladies we're doing their best to mop the floors and keep the building clean. Half the lights in the room didn't work so it was very dark, especially in the bathroom where there was only one bulb. Elevator did not work. Every morning the water stopped working so I could not shower or even flush the toilet, and I had to go downstairs to advise them and they have to go to the boiler room and do something to fix it. There was a stench in the bathroom that didn't go away. It came close to the toilet as if it was sewer water. They took a run-down building that was falling apart and turned it into a hotel where everything was not working. If you're on a tight budget maybe this would work but definitely not somewhere to take a special loved one. It's just a place to stay.

The staff were very helpful. The location is good, many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The room felt and smelled clean. Nowhere to hang wet towels, not for the shower or hand towels used by the sink. Also, it would be nice to be able to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels to dry.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were nice. The hotel is not dirty, and they give two free bottles of water every day. Breakfast is limited to a few options and terrible coffee and disgusting juice but not bad, The wifi is working too. The gym is alright. It’s not a nice hotel, by any means. The price irl was different +1500 Mexican pesos, they added tax, and said that the exchange rate is different from the one that is on booking. No room has noise isolation. Only rooms 108,109 and 208, 209 have windows that do not face the extremely noisy road. Every other room is extremely noisy

Nothing The hotel is falling apart, the elevator didn't work, there is no hot water, the lights in the room are broken, the curtains do not close and I had to use a hairpin to hold them close, there are holes in the walls, the pool is broken, there is water falling down from the ceilings into the stairs, the gym machines are broken. When asking assistance from the employees, I was told to suck it up, that nothing could be done. I had to look for another hotel and left. I complained to the management in writing, I haven't heard from them, they haven't even sent the bill I solicited,

They had nothing working, the room keys were not available at checkin, elevator was broken, bathroom is smelly, shower is cold, and only 2 out of 6 lights work in the bathroom. I am considering never using booking.com again to pick hotels, all the hotels we booked for this trip were suboptimal compared to how they were presented and the rating they had in the app. It’s hard to trust the platform again after an experience like this hotel after hotel

Always a wonderful a wonderful smile and Welcome from Ruby! What a Great employee! I love staying here because we live 5 hours south and need to come to shop at the Costco and stay close to do evening shoppping and then morning shopping. The Sushigo and Taco Pastore places around the corner, Make it all even better! the toilet seat is not fitting correctly and the balcony door will not lock. There are 4 or so tiles that are loose in the room (BIG tiles).
