Sandos Cancún All Inclusive - Adults Only

Marketed as "Vegan life: Exquisite 100% vegan dishes in our restaurants" and "featuring dedicated plant- based menus at its venues", but only have very limited Vegan options. If looking for a Vegan-Friendly resort in Mexico, Sandos Cancun is not or you.

Clean and big rooms Pictures point to a party vibe, and this adults only resort caters more to older adults who want to relax. Nothing was open past 11pm, and the atmosphere just was not conducive to have the best fun possible. The entertainment staff does really try to make it great as best they can.

Amazing sweet staff and lovely hotel. The food and drinks were excellent.

All day and night activities and entertainment were great! Food was okay. Really liked the hibachi restaurant, definitely recommend making a reservation for this during your stay. Pools were nice and clean. Some things seemed like they needed repair. The food could improve. Wish they removed seaweed from beach daily like neighboring resorts.

Beach, bed, staff support, room service and food was outstanding We felt lack of support during last 36hrs restocking amenities in the room or making the bed before noon. But overall it was a good experience

I recently stayed at Sandos in Cancun for six nights in a Deluxe Room with Partial Ocean View. While the resort has many strengths—especially its wonderful staff—my overall experience lands at three stars due to the condition of the facilities.What truly elevates Sandos is its exceptional customer service. The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their stay. They are easily five-star caliber, and their effort makes a meaningful difference in the overall experience. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and a great area to enjoy Cancun. The resort activities were also fun, well organized, and added good value to the stay. The main reason for the rating is that the hotel is clearly showing its age. My room, in particular, needed noticeable maintenance. The door frames were discolored, creating a poor first impression the moment you walked in. The bathroom had yellowing spots, especially around the shower area and floor, which made it feel outdated and not as clean as expected. The window didn’t open smoothly and was difficult to operate, and the furniture also showed years of wear. Overall, the room needs considerable updates and was not worth the price paid. Another thing to note—although not Sandos’ fault—is that the adjacent resort has extremely loud air-conditioning units that run nonstop. They’re so loud that it’s impossible to leave the window open to enjoy the natural ocean sounds, which may matter to anyone looking for a quiet or peaceful atmosphere. The food was just average, both in quality and variety. Breakfast especially could benefit from more options and fresher choices. For a resort of this category, the dining experience left a lot to be desired.

The staff was nice and room service was quick Food was disgusting….the shower drain drain was blocked, the soap in the shower was water down. The alcoholic drinks were water down.

The staff were well trained and professional. The property has aged and needs maintenance and upkeep. The food was mediocre with fewer choices than on previous visits.

The entertainment Everything was easily convenient access

Love Sandos, it was a beautiful place It was very clean. Staff was very nice.

The food left a lot to be desired. First, food is not available all the time. Room service is available 24 hours (if you can get them to answer the phone), but it takes a very long time and a very minimal menu. You have to make reservations for all of the restaurants, included and the times available aren't always convenient. I generally don't eat dinner at 9pm... The food at these restaurants was mediocre to awful. I had the worst steak of my life there. The breakfast and lunch buffet was consistently the best food. Drinks are very watered down but not necessarily a Hugh problem for me.

Location Our hotel room specifically the bathroom could have been much cleaner. We also were not able to get reservations for dinner within the resort which was supposed to be included. They also did not have food available 24 seven even when we call for room service they said they had shut the kitchen down When we did receive room service once it took an hour and 10 minutes we booked this hotel because it was supposed to be all inclusive however, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere as there are many competitors nearby who offer much more for a better value.

The attention we received from the staff was top tier. We also enjoyed the different options of food from the restaurants. The convenience of getting drinks and also having store to shop from was great! Sando’s is one of the first resorts to be in Cancun so it does show it’s outdated parts but the staff and perks really out do themselves and makes the value worth it! The Make shift nightclub. they used a ballroom and although they tried it wasn’t the same. Also the bars tend to close around 12 so was a bit disappointed.

Great facilities on an idyllic beach with excellent service. I’ve been coming here for five years, I felt the food quality and selection was not as good as it used to be.

Buffet was great. Pool was good Dirty room and air conditioning was filthy cause us both to get sick and move each rooms. Changed rooms to a lower floor and not the same view within is not what I paid for. Definitely not recommended or coming back
