Terracaribe Hotel - In Cancun (Downtown Cancun)

The staffs are good and very helpful. The location is close to everything easy access with everything.

The room was beautiful and clean, quiet. The location was fine for my needs as it was my last night in Cancun however it was not a nice area to walk around. The saving grace was the amazing pizza joint across the street. The staff were amazing during the rain storm they warned me that it would be very wet to go to my room as there were hurricane like winds and the centre of the building is open. I stayed in the lobby until it passed. The rain made the pool area flooded and it was slippery so I didn't feel comfortable climbing the three sets of wet stairs after the storm. I left my baggage in the entry overnight and piced it up in the morning.

Fit my needs. Nice stuff, clean and good local restaurants nearby. Nothing fancy, but nice.

The hotel was comfortable, well located and convenient with the breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. The biggest issue was having music on at the pool 24/7, so I couldn't sleep well. When I called to mention this at the late hours, they said it was programmed so unable to turn it off. This was a let down and really my only complaint.

It’s clean places and the people are ever friendly

We arrive during the morning and wasn't possible to let our bags in the storage, and also we couldn't use the other facilities like the pool in the same time we receive the room, due to that we had to walk around the city with all our bags waiting until 3pm to receive the room.

Location and cleanliness of bathroom. The CO-WORK space with fee included with the room; and coffee and water available. Very good wifi connexion everywhere. The fence was removed near the beach: VERY NICE INDEED. Loud techno music all day long. It would have been nice to hear the waves and read a book quietly at some point . Having to pay in order to enjoy a beach chair. Pool needs a paint job.

**All the receptionist must need to learn how to speak in English language..it’s really difficult to communicate with the receptionist as they don’t understand english

Great little budget hotel Very basic room but the A/C worked and the shower was hot. Cleaning staff kept room very clean. Pool area also in good condition. Within walking distance of local restaurants, grocery store and a mall with McDonalds. Dominos Pizza and Chinese food. Non of the rooms had working safes or means for making a tea or coffee.

Did not have any breakfast & was unaware it was available. Wasn’t told by staff and there were no signs that indicated there was even a restaurant. Room was extremely musty and unpleasant to breathe in. AC on with window open for a 15 minute airing improved the air quality but still not nice. For the great price, though, it was a good stay & I accomplished my goal of a great night’s sleep.

The accommodation was fine for one night and conveniently located near the Ultramar Ferry Port. However, the rooms were quite outdated. There were many mosquitoes, and the door to the "balcony" could not be closed. The window faced the hallway, offering little privacy. Additionally, it was very noisy.
