La primera noche tuvimos que quedarnos en una habitación más pequeña de lo que habíamos reservado.

It is hard to find. Recommend coordinating a time of arrival to ensure someone is waiting to let you in.

Really thoughtfully designed, great bed. I loved watching birds from the pool. Perfect for me. The stairs could be a challenge for elderly people.

We loved our stay at the Quetzal! It's a short walk from the ADO bus station, and near a lively square with local music, food carts, stalls, and restaurants. Simon was a wonderful host, and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to eat and other areas to visit. Special thanks to Monica for the delicious breakfast! We would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

If you want to feel at home while you’re staying at a hotel, this is the place for you!

This is a quirky guesthouse with a bohemian vibe run by wonderful people who will serve you an awesome breakfast with great coffee. Our room was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable.

Delicious and colorful breakfast, clean & comfortable rooms and a very welcoming staff. It feels like a family home. Stairs to go to the rooms upstairs are a bit narrow and steep, but they helped with the luggage without issues. It's located in downtown Cancun and it's still possible to park on the street safely if you have a rental car. I would definitely stay there again if I go back one day. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcomed and taken care of. Big thanks to the Quetzal family!

The location was great right in the heart of the centro. There were al lot of restaurants to choose from however because of the time of my arrival, most were closing. There is a nice pice right in front of the building and it felt safe to be outside alone. The building itself is unassuming but when you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing even going to the store to buy more plant based milk for my coffee. OMG breakfast was AMAZING!!! Fresh fruit w yogurt, and whatever else you want freshly prepared by their chef. There was nothing not to like, although there were a few bats flying around the pool area at night.

Excellent staff/ service/ location All was good

Lovely staff, comfortable and clean rooms and overall a great experience!

- the friendly hosts - the location in the city center (really close to the bus to the zona hoteleria which will take you to the beaches, close to the supermarket, close to a plaza with food and entertainment, close to reastaurants en shops) - the interior and design of the whole place - the garden with pool - the breakfast I requested early check in, so they had another room ready than I originally booked (happy we could to early check in after 17hrs of travelling!). But it was a smaller room though... a bit cramped with 2 large suitcases, but fine for 2 nights.

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful, colorful, and very well maintained. It felt cozy, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was really good and such a nice way to start each morning. The host was super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They gave great recommendations for local places to eat and helped us find really good spots nearby. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing B&B! Everything waa beautiful, clean, and unique. The room was larger than we expected and super comfortable. Everything was super clean and the attention to detail was top notch! The breakfast was amazing and the staff super nice. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!!

The style of the hotel is really cool. THe walls were paper thin and the room was half finished. Paintings the ceiling in the main room and in the shower would make it much nicer. The hot shower didn't work and the lighting in the shower didn't work.

The owner and staff were warm and helpful. Loved the fresh fruits and breakfasts. The location is great in terms of proximity to amenities. The space was cozy and quiet and homely. I 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautifully decorated and comfortable boutique hotel. The breakfasts were so fresh and delicious and were an excellent start to the day. Friendly & helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We are so glad we stayed here in downtown Cancun instead of on the hotel zone, it felt more authentic than the tourist zone. -

The staff was great from start to finish. Alberto was friendly and gave me thorough walk through of all amenities. Luis’ breakfast was an incredible way to start the day. The staff showed interest in my experience and satisfaction. I could bring any questions and there was never anything but a smile and an answer. I would especially like to acknowledge Alberto’s great suggestions for food and drink in the area. Luis makes a gourmet breakfast experience and the food was incredible. (Fruit, Cappuccino, toasts, eggs made your way, avocado toast, yogurt parfait). Monica is running an incredible establishment and was available whenever communication was needed. Location was walkable and safety wasn’t a concern at all. Parque De Palapas is literally a stones throw away. The housekeeping staff did a great job.
