Clean facilities CREDITS $910. USD - is a LIE! it is only coupons at the resort which are based on nothing. The coupons are seriously worthless. They spread them across things you do not need lol. SPA Access- is only a jacuzzi tub and steam room have to book in advance. RESTAURANTS are horrible they each offer only 3 entrees they are pretty much cooked already ready for you to order. Buffet was worth it for sure. STAFF - Rude and would not explain credits or any information really. One of the car attendees tried to get me to pay $75 for a taxi to Isla Mujeres. USE UBER we paid $11!! Everywhere we went we were not greeted or anything. Souvenir store is horrible, they will take forever to cash you out. When I asked about the coupons they went crazy lol. You do get $25 credit for jewelry and $40 off pics lol off $140. 1 Elevator located in the front of the building. That’s it. Stairs are used a lot. Beds are hard. Be sure you tell staff not to turn AC down or fan off. Gets very humid and hot. Over all this resort was not for me. Only GINA front desk was actually nice to us and helped us. Internet and RIU App will kick you off repeatedly. It was horrible.

The staff were wonderful and polite and the food was good. The hotel is quite far from the airport and I didn't know this until after I had booked it.

From the lobby the customer service is very good and they welcome people with warm smiles and they are good in hospitality. The way they manage to entertain the guests in all type of entertainment good food . The only thing I can say about the drink their drink don’t have taste or they may dilute them . I highly recommend people this Hotel it’s the best 5/5 Everything

I had an excellent stay at RIU Dunamar from June 12th to June 18th. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and several pools that were kept perfectly clean throughout our stay, as were all the surrounding areas and grounds. I would especially like to recognize the outstanding housekeeping service. I stayed in room 2112, and it was always spotless. Carlos, one of the housekeeping staff members who cleaned our room, did an exceptional job and deserves recognition for his dedication and attention to detail. The restaurants are beautiful and provide a wonderful atmosphere for dining. The buffet offers a wide variety of food options, all fresh and well-presented, making it easy to enjoy something different and delicious every day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, facilities, food, and friendly staff made our vacation truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. The entertainment was outstanding throughout our stay. The evening shows were excellent, especially the International Show, which featured talented performers and impressive dance routines. The Neon Party was absolutely amazing and was the highlight of our trip! The energy, music, lights, and atmosphere were incredible, making it one of the most fun and memorable experiences of our vacation. At one of the à la carte restaurants, although the food was good, it was served cold.

Everything! It was amazing. The food was delicious and there was multiple places to eat from. The property was far from civilization. The store on property was not fully equipped.

It was Amazing! Very clean, beautiful views, all the staff was very nice and always willing to help. It was an amazing experience, would totally recommend it. We will be definitely staying in Riu Dunamar again next time we are in Cancun. Loved Everything

They wasn’t 100% clean on top of that the food at this resort sucks!! we went to the Italian restaurant that they had on the resort, and there was a green worm, still alive, crawling off of my appetizer onto our table?? everything at this place is not working. Looks like they’re still doing construction because they were constructing one of the rooms next-door from us… room cleaning came after 3 o’clock to change our sheets and the sheets were dirty, and we had to change them again ourselves

Food was subpar at most of the specialty restaurants we did not have a chance to visit kulinarium. The service at the pompeyansnd the stakehouse we're not the best considering being speciality- they do not offer cocktails only wine. Some recommendations for improvement include more hooks in the bathrooms, dedicated adult swim or extend pool hours for adults. Earlier times for kids activities and excursions that are more child friendly. Riu Fun merch would have been nice. Over all it was great considering the price but I hope the food quality improves.

location is a hour from the airport. Its the last resort on the street. They have several restaurants that offer breakfast lunch and dinner at some. The beach was beautiful and they have several pools and a swim up bar. There were no riu parties thats the reason i booked that hotel.

One restaurant was closed the whole stay. 2 other restaurants were open but turned us away with open tables available! So we were only able to try one restaurant and for the price of this resort that is unacceptable!

Lots to do staff was wonderful. Great for families. If you are looking for a quiet location this is not for you. Lots of kids and family.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. The customer service, food, nightlife, and everything else were great. The only thing we didn't like was how far it was from the airport. On the booking site, it says it's only 24 minutes away from, but it's exactly 1 hour away.
