Sonesta Inn

Staff is amazing, specially Jitendrabhai. He was always smiling while attending many guests. Right on the beach property. Walking distance to many beach shacks/ restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Food can be little more flavorful. I understand the need to serve many palates due to many foragers as a customers. They should have someone with little more information on what to do in the area.

Proximity to the beach. Its by no way a 4-star property. This resort doesnt even have the basic housekeeping items like a hair conditioner. The hair dryer looked very old and i was scared to use it. The rooms were old and didnt really have the look and feel of a 4-star property. They didnt have their own spa or salon. Very bare bone property that should at best be 2-2.5 star.

Great for families, and singles as well. Cordial staff and caring premises.

The centre court area with the pool in the centre. It was pretty expensive compared to others. For the price breakfast was not included.

This resort is aesthetically stunning and the grounds are immaculately maintained. Suite was spacious and for the most part very clean. I found all of the staff from reception, pool staff, housekeeping and dining all to be extremely helpful and genuine. The resort is located away from the busy and loud main street. It also has a path that provides easy access to the beach. Although not related to Sonesta Inns, the beach bar Floyd’s is right at the entrance to the beach is a great spot to rent a chair and have some beach beverages. The only dislike I can state was that around the shower/tub area there seems to be black mould growing in the cracks and on the screen. It is off putting and does not marry with the quality of the rest of the room and the resort. I had one minor issue with a member of the housekeeping staff constantly asking me for a tip. I always tip at the end of my stay and I myself found always trying to avoid this particular staff member.

Location, close to shops and crash They cheated us, we booked king bed and they joined two twin beds and told us to get on with it. They didn’t change the room even after we asked them several times. Roos size was about 90sft, they advertised it as 3800sfy Breakfast hygiene is really bad. They were touching food with hands

Beautiful pool, quiet location close to beach but also not far from restaurants. Very good breakfast. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. When making my reservation I was asked to send a copy of my credit card (both sides) or lose my reservation. We resolved the problem but this request represents a big security risk and is not acceptable. The rooms are quite old and need to be refurbished. However everything was very clean. The rooms on the pool side are very nice but garden view rooms are rather dingy.

The location was good and the staff was also quite helpful. Breakfast was not that great. The rooms appeared renovated but did not meet the standards. The initial payment mechanism upon booking was quite a hassle. It was sorted out on check-in though.

the security man the rooms were disgusting and bathroom full of mould … oh and it does not have a spar on the promises as mentioned in bio completely false advertising and I’m not a happy customer. would never return

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast... a really good effort shall be made to renew the proposal ! you have everything with the tables outside for a perfect moment but you can't: + charge people for an expresso or something else than filter coffee + have only a type of tea bag (this is India) in tiny tiny cup + have only the jelly jam mix fruits + and so many things else.... really, do an effort on this part and your resort will gain in review

- clean facilities. Nice pool. - good breakfast. - neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. - spacious room - price was expensive. But worth it, I guess.

The rooms looked old and in need of a revamp.

Minor hiccup during check-in process. Receptionist seemed annoyed that she needed to fill extra forms as we didn't have our PIO/OCI cards with us. Cook heads prevailed and issue resolved quickly. The room which we were initially given was not at all livable. They changed/upgraded our room upon request and charged us for it, with our approval. This was a much better room facing the pool. Hotel rooms need renovations as they look old. Cleanliness is maintained in all common areas and is very good.

Aproach to beaches by the hotel

Nice location, close to the beach. The pool area is very nice and the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great variety for breakfast and both indoor and outdoor seating is available. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would definitely be back! The shower would need to be modernized and there is some mold in the bathroom.
