It was in a great location if you want ot be in the middle of everything

Hotel was close to beach entrance and stores! Restaurants were within walking distance.

Easy to get to beaches, shopping , restaurants etc. Had to walk because once you find a good parking spot you don’t want to give it up. No elevator, bad parking. Very small pool and only 4 lounge chairs which small 4 people saved all day. Street noise at night.

Absolutely the best location in Cape May, the staff was wonderful.

Proximity to beach and to Congress Hall and Washington St Mall is excellent. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The property is very clean…walkways…pool…balcony and rooms! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint might have been that the rooftop lounge area could have been swept off and cleaned one of the days. We were only there for a few days or so, and it was clean the other days. There is a little strip mall, also clean, between our hotel and the ocean. We could still see the ocean from our third floor corner room, and balcony. We walked everywhere. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend The Heritage Inn. Could be more parking. Really no other complaints.

Room was fine, view was fine THERE NEEDS TO BE AN ELEVATOR !!!!! AT LEAST A LIFT FOR BAGGAGE ETC. !!!!!

We checked in very late on Saturday. The staff waited for us to arrive On check out maid banged on door several times. My partner is handicapped veteran. He moves slow and I was in shower. Ugh

When we arrived which was before the standard check in time we were greeted by a nice young man. We were able to get a parking tag for our vehicle so we could enjoy the beach while waiting on our room. Nothing

Great location! Nice renovations, spacious rooms, very clean Garbage truck waking us up every single morning at 6:30am at the convention hall. It sits there collecting trash from at least 30 min so not a quick disturbance and not something I could sleep through. I hate bringing this up because it’s at no fault of the property/management but it was terrible being woken up that early on vacation. One day would have been fine but it was every single day.

Location is great. Can walk to everything!! This was our 2nd year there. We will be back Needs extra table/counter space. There is not enough surface to keep items and luggage off floor. I asked for an extra luggage rack and was told there was only 1 per room. With 4 people with a bag each the sitting area no longer existed as it was necessary to repurpose for luggage.

The location offered convenient access to both the beach and the vibrant nightlife at Washington Commons, all within walking distance.

Every morning the pool was not open until 9:30. It was supposed to open at 9am When you have small kids you want to do things in the morning. Two days in a row which was disappointing.

Location, location, location, and cleanliness, staff were all very good. Honestly, probably nothing. This is a beach resort; it's not going to have higher end furnishings and accommodations.

No elevator, no parking near the hotel.

The room clearly had moisture issues because it had a dehumidifier and smelled like mildrew. The mildew smell was awful
