Everything was amazing WiFi was spotty

I was very disappointed with my experience. I was asked to pay for two pillow mattresses because they were said to be dirty. The stains were very small and could easily have been washed, yet I was still charged. I have stayed in many 4-star and 5-star hotels across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and I have never experienced anything like this before. This was very upsetting and left me with a negative impression of the hotel's customer service and how the situation was handled.

You're receptionist waa very good and very nice You're concierge guy or security has a attitude and I don't know if it is because I am black person because mywhite colleagues he greeted them so welcoming and it was our first time to sleep there

The room was clean, and the break fast was great I did not like that the restaurant was independent from the hotel. Plus they asked for an excessive Security deposit per day which resulted in exchange losses for me :(

The staff is hit or miss with how they treat guests. Some are very acceptable and accommodating where others are flat rude.

Location. Views of table mountain from the room. Bar is nice. It’s just practical and comfortable. Keys keep not working. Daily we had to go all the way down to reception to have them “fixed”

THEWHOLE PROCESS FROM CHECKING IN AT 9.00 PM STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AND STAFF AS WELL SUPER PLEASANT ROOM BEAUTIFUL AND READY WITH LIGHTS AND AIRCON WELL SET. CANNOT FAULT ANYTHING

At the price we paid, we were surprised to find a large and clean room with a good mattress and good hot water and pressure in the shower. There seemed to be a quirky kind of pop soundtrack playing in the public areas (lobby, halls) 24/7 and the hotel charges a fee for any damages that you get back if your room is undamaged when you check out (someone goes up and looks at your room when you check out). Unlike other hotels, this fee is not a hold but an actual charge. We had to fill out a convoluted form to get a credit to our credit card which we were told would take 7-10 business days. This felt scammy.

I always book here when I’m in Cape Town for work events. The hotel always allows me to freshen up in their visitors bathroom after I land, then the porter always keeps my luggage for me before check in and after check out. In case I’ve arrived too early because I took an early flight or vice versa if I have to leave later cause I booked a late flight after check out. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and the porter service is also exceptional. N/A

All was good, Had dinner at their restaurant and the steak was really good. Sad i didn't get to try their breakfast. I would definetly stay their again and or recomend.
