The drain pipes that runs in the wall were making sound the whole night. Couldn't get a good night's rest. Complained about it to the staff also

It is in the center of Cape Town The receptionist did not inform me that there is no view. When i opened my window , look into scuffling's and drains. She said that it is a standard room but the view was a mess. I pay R1000 for that room. You also have to pay almost R100 for parking.

The location for the hotel was in the heart of the city. The hotel was in walking distance of long street and bree street. The hotel staff was very helpful with check in. The amenities inside the bathroom could be more updated.

The bathroom was horrible ! They never cleaned it from people that stayed previously and the stain was clocked - it was disgusting.

It's value for money. I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean The lift was problematic at times. The free wifi didn't work alll the time

Everything=my birthday surprise goodies and check-in. Clean environment and the food was great Housekeeping budging in without knocking

Did not opt for breakfast, the only problem was good not get a any sleep as people were banging doors all night, also at one point around 10pm a man was walking the corridor and calling out to someone and going door to door and that was actually scary because he was knocking at our room and the three other rooms.
