The location suited me well due to my work commitment I contacted the hotel for a airport transfer spoke to Lizel she arranged with apex travel to pick me up. I had to call apex to find driver who was not very well presented and at the hotel I asked the driver Michael to put the charge on my room. The representative of the hotel then in front of me referred to me as the third person tells Michael I had no room credit. Easy fix when I checked in why did he not ask me to add credit to my room as I paid well in advance for my stay. The hotel was very unfriendly the hospitality I expected did not exist. Sorry Cape Sun but your hotel is unfriendly

Staff at the door and staff at dinning area i was served burnt prawns which i had to turn back... continuously had to call housekeeping to ask them for iron and to get my room cleaned. Room service was bad

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They work very hard to make guests feel welcome and to address their needs. We specifically looked for a place that served breakfast. We were very happy with the variety of food, service, and seating. Even though it's an older hotel, it is well-maintained, and the service is excellent. We had some problems with the safe in our room. It had to be replaced twice. However, the staff acted quickly to resolve the issue.

I paid for the pick-up transport from the airport through Booking.com, but we didn't get it. We had to find an Uber. Unfortunately, there's nowhere to contact Booking.com in that regard.
