The person at the breakfast counter was really nice and hilarious. He asked us if we are familiar with the rules of dining. When I asked him what the rules are, he said there are no rules. Eat as much you can and as much as you want! It felt really nice!

The hotel was loxated in an area central to most things. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time there.

We literally turned up after our previous hotel let us down. Staff were lovely and kind and found us a room. It was airy, clean and safe. There's a concierge to help you hail taxis, a shuttle to the waterfront. Breakfast was available and it had good reviews but we didn't opt for it. Everything was great. I want to thank the staff for helping us out when we were already stressed about a previous accommodation.

It was just a few hours stay over before catching the plane to the airport. The hotel is nicely situated with good access to food outlets and some shopping areas. The hotel doors and corridors look a bit old and could have done some improvement with the lighting at the reception area for people to feel more welcomed.

The service and the warm welcome we received was great. The location is also ideal and the hotel offers good value for money.

Staff was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. They helped consolidate a couple reservations into one room so we would not have to switch rooms halfway through, without any issue. Pricillia (sp?) always made our mornings brighter with her smile. The laundry service was the best we’ve had in over 60 countries worth of hotels we’ve stayed at. The location was perfect, close to everything. Wish we could have stayed here longer.

It was a late night check in, the staff who received me was exceptional. He was super kind (I don't remember his name). Thank you! But the next morning, when I asked to extend my stay in the same room, another male staff was so rude. He was quoting triple the amount, and said maybe I should book it via Booking.com. I ended up checking out. Thank you for that, because I found a Holiday Inn that was walking distance to the Green Market and many other cool sites!! So, it worked out in my favour.

Thay have good parking for my car and the hotel hospitality specially the reception, Mr. Michael and Mr. Vusumzi yeah they are helpful and amazing gentlemen Location wise

The room was a little run down and was in no way sound proof. It smelled a little musty and could have used a good deep cleaning. In my opinion it was not worth what I paid.
