Pool was cold. Could have been warmer

The place looks just as it does in the pictures. It’s clean and the colors are vibrant and modern. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and a variety to choose from. Great value for money House keeping needs to do better with bathroom care.

The room is small but modern and everything is clean. there are some fun places to experience in the vicinity but there are much better locations and staffing for the same price. Every step of dealing with this property was chaos, including changing my check-in date, the chaotic process of checking in, and the whole car parking process. There was one helpful and competent staff member, who I got assertive with, and after 2 difficuly hours of my time, he made things right. Only after learning that I own a home in Cape Town did he stop promising a future refund (that I'd never see) and do what needed to be done. The hotel told me to deal with booking.com and booking.com told me to deal with the hotel. There was NO HELP from booking.com Nobody was taking responsibility. The front desk staff lied, said they were trying to move my arrival date as they cancelled my booking instead. And even though I had proof on my booking.com account they denied it. Business in South Africa is VERY TRICKY so do not expect to get refunds or fair treatment. The hotel's elevator does not go down as far as the lobby, for some odd reason, and you personally have to carry all your bags up a full flight of stairs to reach an elevator. The parking garage process means driving up 7 stories in your car, and then fighting with a difficult electric door before getting back into the hotel. The staff is VERY unresponsive at every step.

Good location - clean and neat. Friendly staff

A perfect place to stay in while visiting Cape Town.

I didn't spend much time in the room, it was more to keep my belongings, sleep and shower. However, it's a decent place, I could go back. The admin of bringing my partner and and friends was the main reason I spent less time at the hotel.

Everything nice. Kind of shady location. Didn’t like the light switches being outside the bathroom. Main ceiling light too bright. Shower space too short.

Everything nice. Bathroom switch outside and behind bathroom door. Main room light too bright. Shower area too short.

Exceptional staff, comfortable bed, nice sized room, good breakfast. Shanay (?spelling) in reception has especially good customer service. Located in CBD very close to sights. Note: there are stairs up to elevator that might limit access. Some reviews mention the area being dicey. The one night we stayed there we ubered because it’s so inexpensive. The hotel is very good value, don’t let that deter you especially for a short stay.

Property was very clean with a nice decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good dining options. Property was within 2 blocks of less desirable places. A female review club was on the corner 2 blocks away.

The staff…Radi, Jolene, Freda and Sally were awesome. Great beds and showers (we had 2 rooms). Amazing breakfast. We were here before and lived it. Now upgraded its even better. Super helpful staff. Thank you. And a great view of table mountain from our room. Have to walk up 1 flight to the elevator.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was ok but staff were very helpful and friendly. Well located with restaurants and cafes located close by. No lounge to relax. Had to take stairs up a level from Reception to access lifts. TV remote was not working and shower was not hot but manager had both fixed quickly.

Staff all very friendly and sincere. Got a call to room to check that everything was ok after I checked in. Such a special touch from the start. Room was fantastic (top floor facing towards Table Mountain). Spacious and well designed. Bed was most comfortable! Breakfast service and food was excellent with great choice and delicious! Location is easily accessible to city activities and the great “The Cousins” Italian restaurant next door. Fantastic stay! Plugs behind the bedside table accessible after moving bedside table. Recommend have USB access for charging devices.
