Our Genius room upgrade was great. The apartment was well kitted out and the styling was amazing. I loved all the modern features including. The view from the level 2 room was not good as we looked straight onto a construction site. No parking on site and the staff weren't fully clear on the process, but we used the adjacent parking and given a acess card for a fee which ended up working well/

The finishes of the room where high end and would look good if the room would have been designed (instead it was a large square with lots of negative space in the center). The food was good and the security guards where very friendly. The room didn't have an AC or heater, when I stayed it was cold and very windy outside. I was freezing in the room (temp was maybe 16°C indoors). The windows are single panel glass, with a nightclub outside and the street directly next to the window it was quite noisy. For the mountain view I had to lean out of the window. The door is opened with a QR code on the phone, no room key is offered.

This hotel still quite new They don’t have own parking, and we need pay by ourselves, very poor service.

Great location, very clean, staff very friendly. Great value for the money Small bed for 2 people, it should be at least 180cm.

No Comments No Complain. All went on well and as expected. I would not hesitate to go for the same appartment next time in the area. Well done Team 84 The environment, The surrounding, the mountain The quietness around and all that. Cafeteria on point, breakfast Top Noch, Mountainious View made it all awesone.

The space was so big with a very good value compare to the one in main tourist area. Complete kitchen set and tools. The view was also outstanding There are no parking lot

I must first start off with the shower, best i have ever had in my life. The rooms were very modern yet comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Check in time is 14:00pm but i arrived at exactly 13:00pm.Reception told me very directly with no smile and no love that they do not entertain early check ins.I stayed in hotels in three different countries plus numerous places all over South Africa and not once was an early check in a problem at any of these hotels. I only asked for an hour earlier check in but was met with a very cold and straight forward no! I then encountered the tedious task of having to fill in my details (for the second time) on a site on my phone which reception instructed me to do - this is compulsory when checking in.I had to upload a photo of my drivers licence or identity document as well as take a current photo of me, absolutely ridiculous. Once that was done, i advised reception and they then asked me to go click on yet another link which will then provide me with a QR code which opens my door. I used said QR code when i got to me door only for it not to work, by now you can imagine the frustration. Below is no fault of the hotel: Throughout the night, i could hear people shouting. Construction all around. Does not feel safe at all. The website states the below but you only allowed to choose one of the 4/5 options on the menu which does not even come close to what is stated below when you make the booking. Delicious Breakfast: A variety of breakfast options are available, including continental, à la carte, and full English/Irish. Fresh pastries, warm dishes, juice, cheese, and fruits enhance the morning experience. And lastly, please CHANGE THE SOURDOUGH toast...it is as hard as nails.

The location was very good. I like everything about the place, and the workers.

I was expecting shampoo and lotion but only Found a small soap in washrooms

The curtains, please use blackout curtains because the sunrises early particularly during summer and the bright light might interrupt sleep

Torn bedsheets, inconsistent cleaning (sometimes not done at all, bottled water refilled very infrequently) A bar of soap that was supposed to work as shampoo (it didn't) Very limited breakfast options

I loved the room, the bathroom Very clean. The staff was really helpful. Enjoyed my stay There was a smell on the second floor which was not nice at all. My friends in room 206 had a smell in their room and it was very frustrating. Happy they moved them to another room eventually but that’s frustrating

The property is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The stuff is wonderful! Very friendly and attentive.
