Close to everything, and a big room!! The bed was to soft!! Horrible for a 5 star hotel and for the price you pay!! And all the drains were blocked!!

Beautiful suites, very spacious! Amazing location! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Everyone really tried their best to make us feel taken care of! Nothing!

Location and setting of the hotel is really good, dinner was excellent. The breakfast service was OK, it was concerning to see flies on the food on the buffet table. I did mention this to the staff and suggest that they get some fly fans, they indicated that this is available, but they did not put these on the tables despite my concern. Breakfast service was also quite slow, I had to get up to fetch milk from the bar after my coffee was brought to the table.

Exceptionally friendly staff, great location and beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, Manor House even nicer than hotel. The turndown in the main hotel was special and better than in the Manor House. The pillows in the Manor House were horrible. Not the same problem in main hotel.

Amazing location right near the Waterfront with easy access. The hotel is attached to the Queen Victoria so you get to use all their shared facilities and have amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking attractions and providing suggestions.

One of the most amazing bathrooms I have ever seen Nothing I can think of.

Superbly located for the V&A Waterfront. Very comfortable junior suite which with a very large bathroom. Breakfast had everything you could want with a choice of buffet or hot breakfast. All the staff were very engaging and helpful. There is not a lot to dislike about this hotel.

Street right under can be very loud, and room service was not effecient but overall nothing major !
