The food is incredible! Dinner was a la carte, with great, though limited room service options. Wide variety at breakfast. The room was beautiful and quite comfortable. Bathroom facilities were not in the best condition - broken shower door resulting in a pool of water in the bathroom when showering and the toilet bowl was detaching from the wall.

the room was amazing, after a long day of shopping coming back to sleep was the highlight of my day. breakfast was great the staff were friendly the gym weights were strange. the gym is great had enough to do proper excercises but the weights of the dumbells were strange e.g 2kg 4kg 6kg 8kg 10kg 12kg 14kg 16kg 18kg 20kg instead of 2.5kg, 5kg 10kg 12.5kg 15kg 17.5 kg 20kg which are ideal weights to be used in the gym

The view. friendly staff Easy access to waterfront Shower was temperamental batteries ran down to unlock room apparently the fire alarm was alerted from my room and staff came to find out...no apology for disturbing my afternoon....said it must've been a false alarm previous afternoon , a staff member just came in ...to check the room?.Why?it has been cleaned already., Expensive breakfast

Comfortable bed, good hospitality. We only stayed one short night and it was perfectly suitable for that, the location is excellent.

Food was average, lots of noise at night doors opening and closing, etc. Room did not have plugs by the bed, toilet looked like a prison toilet, ironic I know. Staff were helpful I will admit as well as security in the compound.

The location is convenient to the tourist area at the waterfront . The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have breakfast The fact that it was a prison before and the long narrow corridors.
