The size of the apartment and the location Not totally clean and the cut the power at midnight last night of our stay and the heat there was no hot water

The spacious interior, the coffee and the location. The envy of co-workers who stayed in a different hotel. We waited 15 minutes for our host at the reception. A worker entered the apartment unannounced, and since the room does not have a door leading to the hallway, it could have led to an embarrassing situation if I were not dressed.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is lovely, the location is superb, and the service is exceptional!

Lovely apartment, excellent location and wonderful service.

Location and upkeep of the apartment is very good. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed for 5 days and were very comfortable. Heater could have been more effective. Security deposit process can be improved.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location is perfect. We'll be staying with you next time we visit Cape Town. A slightly later checkout would be nice.

Two dining chairs was not comfortable at all, I didn't use them because they were old and not clean. Actually they were not in safe condition to be sat on them.

Parking was arranged in advance of arrival; however it took 40 minutes to get a parking bay. There should be more control over parking bays when you get asked specifically if you want 1 during the booking process.

The lady that showed us the room was very nice. The receptionist at the hotel looks disinterested. We called a number of times to ask if we could drop our baggage early as we had a Hyrox event and didn't want to leave it in the car, nobody bothered to call us back. The fridge alarm went off all day and all night and the only way we could stop it was to turn the fridge off.

The rooms were spacious, elegant, and so comfortable. Breakfast each morning was mouthwatering! Jonathan was an exceptional host and a fantastic chef, and he gave us the best restaurant and activity recommendations. We felt so well taken care of.

lovely apartment, central location within walking distance to the Waterfront, amazing views and wonderful service.

Waited quite a while (almost an hour) for someone to assist and bring us the keys. The host was not answering calls or messages when we were checking in. There was construction happening at the building next door, while I understand it was beyond the hosts control - I do feel it should have been shared beforehand.
