I will receive my full refund. The area was dirty, I waited at the desk for 5 min before I was assisted, my room was dirty, I did not feel safe in the area.

It was close to everything It's a basement apartment with a lot of steps and u could hear children running around on top of u starting at about 8 am

Bathroom shower head was spraying out water we requested another room after the receptionist checked to make sure we were telling the truth about the shower. The other room we were moved to the bathroom door was peeling and had mold You all need to inspect this place and fix these issues

I like the location of the hotel in proximity to the metro station. The staff were not attentive. I booked a room for 3 people and when we arrived there was only enough towels and wash cloths for 2 people. When I went to go ask for more I was questioned why I needed more. I was told someone would come clean the room every 3rd day and no one came to clean the room or replenish the towels and wash cloths so I had to go and repeatedly ask for more. The breakfast was not quality. The room was clean enough I did notice gnats in the bathroom. The rooms could use better lighting. The ice machine on the 1st floor where my room was located was broken. When it was time to check out we waited at the front desk for 15 minutes for someone to attend to us. We called out to the back room and knocked on the door and no one came to help us so we had to ask kitchen staff to help find a person to help us check out and when she went to the back room which was right next to the front desk someone came out immediately which to me indicates that this person heard us calling out and knocking and ignored us which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I have several pictures of the room and how horrible it was. I booked for non smoking and it smelled like smoke bad. There was blood on the chair, crayon marking on the walls, the sink was dirty. And they denied my refund I checked out immediately.

Place needs a good deep cleaning.

My sink was cracked, the bathtub was cracked, I didn’t have a coffee maker in my room as I did the previous time I stayed, my tv wouldn’t work, the sofa had stains on the seats, the floor was dirty, and I couldn’t get in contact with the front desk on the phone.

Staff was very helpful and nice but my room was not so clean. Microwave was filthy toilet was leaking and wasn’t cleaned that good

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! I checked out no longer than 30 minutes after checking in and I couldn't get a refund. When I first went into the room, the door was jammed from the outside and I had to push it open then when I got inside the room, it wouldn't close, that was the first red flag. I asked for a new room because I didnt feel safe they gave me another room, it was dirty. Stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor, what "appeared" to be blood stains in the tub, I was completely turned off by the property and just wanted to leave. stay at your own risk, I pray your experience is better than mine. I was told since I booked through a third party (expedia) I wasn't going to get a refund and expedia didn't help with anything either

The room was okay as far as cleanliness, one pillow case had a stain,the phone didn't work ,the fridge was leaking and their were no extra towels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked.
