The breakfast was cold right after they opened for breakfast. The staff was not friendly

There were poeple doing drugs leaving needles and their gloves on the ground. Did not get our room cleaned at all. Requested fresh towels and empty trash and that was not done I had to go down to the desk to get fresh towels and empty our own trash. Also, we had only one roll of toilet paper and had to request that. Staff was not friendly at all.

The breakfast was good,staff was helpful.

We were given Room# 509 which had everything but the fridge which I we needed to store our milk for our son. We were moved to #510 which we stayed but the air did not blow as cool despite temp set low. Also, the tv presented smart tv options but no smart tv remote.

Nice and easy check in.. The demographic area is a little tough tho.. Bit no big deal.. I’ve never had a a problem here and I’ve stayed several times.. Rooms and floors clean.. All good.. I’ll stay again..

Avoid staying at this inn!! There were stain on the bedding, ripped carpet, black mold in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was nasty and dirty. The odor hit you in the face when you first open the door to the room and the thermostats to the AC does not work so the room was stuck on 65 degrees and freezing at night. to bad it was late and the room is paid for through here or i would ask for refund and move to another place.

This hotel is terribly maintained. The covers had stains. The floors were dirty. The food at the breakfast buffet looked inedible. I got in the shower and the sliding door came off the rail. The faucet for the sink was loose at the base so much so that it slid around anytime I turned the water on or off. The iron board had no cover pad. The desk chair was peeling. The lounge chair’s covering was ripped and the filling was coming out. I could hear everything my neighbors said or every time they laughed through the walls. The hotel is directly across the street from a dispensary so they have posted signs that let people know marijuana smoking is not allowed. It was an absolute scary experience. I booked the hotel using Expedia’s pay in advance feature to save money. It was close to the office park where I was having 2 days of meetings. Some event must have been happening in the area because this hotel was the only reasonable place I could find. It was a harrowing experience and I would advise avoiding it no matter what.

Horrible el trato y cobrar más. Cuando uno ya renta la habitación y se llega tarde al Ceck in x el tráfico o por cualquier situación si ya pagué porque motivo tengo que pagar más ridículo

The property is old and warn - it needs to be renovated badly- looks and smells like a cheap motel. Chairs were stained, rust in the tub and toilet, dust in the room. The breakfast was a joke, very little options and the area was not cleaned- I didn’t even eat. Stained sheets - I will not be revisiting ever until it’s fully renovated.

The room itself was fine, but the common areas were rather worn out. I would also say that the breakfast was the minimum possible offers. It didn't distinguish itself.

Clean room, polite staff, great parking, pool open. Great room in a convenient location for the reasonable price.

Terrible housekeeping, I asked for housekeeping in my room 8am and no body showed up till 6pm . When I went to ask the receptionist the second time, she rudely said they busy and that they will get there when they can . I had so towels and full garbage in my room . Not going back again.

Staff was extremely helpful
