Clean rooms, staff was very nice & helpful when needed. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast it was a nice full breakfast it was above our expectations they also offered coffee & hot tea. Highly recommend

Place was so clean and the room very spacious and comfortable bed. I got a good night sleep it was quiet and I enjoyed the room and the pool very much. Staff was welcoming.

We stayed here for a week and everything was great! Very good location with grocery store and restaurants around. Front desk is very nice and helpful, especially Addison, will be back in the future!

Pros: close to freeway and to the beach (walking distance) amazing sunsets. Big room for 5 of us. Friendly staff, breakfast hot and plenty staff kept restocking food constantly. Laundry room in each floor, you paid through an app or coins. Quiet. Small shopping center across street, Fast food close by Cons: our room was "ready" but beds were not made, not enough towels for all of us (staff helped right away). Very old elevators (noisy). No Legoland shuttle.

Hotel was clean and amenities were available in the room. Breakfast staff were very attentive and made you feel at home. Pool opens a bit late and closes a bit early and water seemed to need better cleaning.

Staff was great and morning breakfast was also good and staff made sure to provide good service! The room we got seemed old, the room had a funky smell and the walls were extremely dirty. I wish they were more kept up with maintenance

Room smell strong when we entered..and coffee machines were dusty

They canceled my room without notice, I had pay at property and after celebrating my son’s birthday at Legoland I arrived at the hotel to pay and continue his celebration. I was told that they sold my room without communication and did not even say sorry or apologize. Worst experience for my family. I was truly upset and never had this happen to me. Beware!
