The towels were very dirty and old, and the bathroom had a ceiling liquing. The secure box didn't work. The police were involved with loud guests. The breakfast wasn't good.

The location is perfect for everything that you would need even to go at the beach. You would have different restaurants and markets near. Also to get really nice offers to visit other islands. In general the staff is very nice and helpful. The attention of the kitchen stuff some time is rude, the delivery man is very nice and kind but some of the food that we received were spoiled, like tomatoes and others based with milk.

Great location if you want to be in Bocagrande. The staff is kind. There is a nice rooftop terrace with two Jacuzzi. The day before checking in the hotel emailed me saying that I needed to complete the payment in advance through an external link. I found that very awkward, I had booked a room that said "no prepayment needed". They threatened that if I was not going to pay in advance they would have cancelled my reservation. I used Booking.com for years and that never happened to me before. I am fine paying in advance but that should be managed by the hotel, it should not be my responsibility to find the time to do it myself while I am on holidays. Apart from that both the furnishing and the breakfast are quite poor.

Breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and clean and there is a/c, necessary in Cartagena. The beds are not the most comfortable but it’s a good value for money. Street can be a little noisy.
