I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a second time. I came back because I liked it so much on my first trip to Cartagena. The accommodations were great and the hospitality was great too. I met an employee named Jennifer the first time and she was wonderful and went the extra mile to be helpful despite the little bit of a language barrier. She was super friendly and sweet! I got to meet her again this second time around. The manager, Bruno, was also very friendly and helpful with our stay there as well as many other employees. The breakfast is amazing and delicious! Great views from the lobby and the roof by the pool! Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, the only thing that was a little disappointing was the availability of dinner options on the menu. The choices we had were still delicious but I would have preferred to be able to choose a few of the other choices if they were available.

I wasn't happy about that because I was supposed to have already been given a total price on Booking; in all the years I've been booking hotels with you around the world, this is the first time that has happened to me

Room was nice and Internet was very good. Breakfast is terrible, I would much rather have them not offer it as included and charge me to get better service. Poor selection, bad taste, water down juices, it was very subpar.

The hotel is very well located in the Bocagrande area, with restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, shops, and many businesses nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied, but the bread is of very poor quality; for those of us who don’t usually have local food for breakfast, this makes a big difference. The lobby area does not look well maintained—not even a few flowers. The reception is the face of a hotel, and this one lacks a touch of elegance.

The gym was terrible, barely can consider it a gym. Air conditioning stopped working multiple times during the stay. Breakfast was okay, nothing outstanding. WiFi was inconsistent. Hammering due to renovations woke me up many times.

The breakfast buffet is great !! The bell boy Rosalio excellent !!!!the 2 cleaning ladies for my room 802 excellent !! And Carlos by the buffet Not enough towels at pool side !! Had to go to my room for towel !

Very clean ! Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning the pool is very clean and relaxing the room is beautiful and comfortable.

Cleanliness, very friendly staff, great location, rooftop pool, price. It would be good to add better selections of bread. A fan in each room would be good as the clothes and bating suites remain damp after hanging them on the bathroom clothes/towel rack.

The Rooms No air conditioning on the Lobby

Location was good, staff were nice and the breakfast was really delicious, coffee and breakfast options were really good. We were a group of 6 people, they initially put us in 2 rooms in the same floor (as expected), however, one room was not ready for the check in (it wasn’t clean), so they put us in separate floors. We asked to please change the rooms, the lady at front desk told us that may be the next day could be possible, but that did not happen. On Saturday we asked to clean one room, but they did not do it, we had to call again to at least bring us new towels.
