The staff was really helpful and kind I really don't understand how can you call these "suites"; it's even not a room, it's only a box without windows. A lot of noise outsider, it's impossibile tò sleep, One of the worst hotel in my life and Is also expensive

The staff was fantastic, very kind and helpful. The rooms in the pictures looked much better than reality. The condition of the rooms and toilets were quite poor, it wasn’t very clean, there was mould on the bathroom walls, there was a hole on the shower floor and we saw insects coming out from the hole. There was no wifi signal at all in the rooms. It was so noisy all the time.

Near the beach. Ample room. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Had to switch rooms. Water was warm in the hot weather so no refreshing showers.

The staff is really great and willing to help unfortunately, the rooms do not match the pictures, the rooms are very small, no windows and we were right in front of the common area, impossible to have any quiet after 4:30am, and the bathroom was completely dirty. In the end we decided not to stay the full time there and move somewhere else.
