We didn’t realize that the hotel was on such a busy thoroughfare. Would have liked concierge services available.

There was no elevator, carrying bags up and down the stairs wasn't ideal, I think this hotel is overpriced as the facilities doesn't match the price they charge per night and I don't think I got the value for my money.

It’s beautiful, cozy and clean. The fridge was not plugged in.

This was a quite family friendly boutique hotel in the middle of restaurants and the beach was a two minute walk. The staff anxious to please and make you comfortable. The front desk staff Jeilin,Natalia,Evelin,Lourdes and Mauricio were awesome team members. The kitchen staff Nelson, Carlos and Erick were great at rendering service. I would gladly stay there again. They really need to work on the WIFI power. You would be on then off .

Mattress new and comfortable. sheets new. air conditioning very good. Room clean. toilet constantly blocked and would not flush. constant aggravation. No hot water at all.

Everything was ok or rather what was expected. Some of the staffs were more helpful than others. The quality of the beds and bedsheets can be improved.

Hotel was on the main street of shopping, bars and restaurants. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. The hotel looked a lot better in pictures. There was hardly any common space, there´s no garden to the hotel as it looks from the pictures. Breakfast choices were limited, rooms were small.
