Lack of maintenance and poor breakfast
-
The location and aesthetic The shower does do not properly close so while you shower the door constantly touches you and allows a wind draft , the water temperatures are cold.

Nothing! Is cheap! Beyond cheap!!! Reminds me of a cheap spring break spot where people pile in a room to Make it cheap! The food is ridiculous bad! We payed for the all inclusive and didn’t eat one bite of it! Worse than elementary school lunch line! Shower flooded, no soap, no shampoo!! Awful!!! Better option staying somewhere like the Hilton and paying for good food! I would never recommend this place to an enemy! Everything!

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for our last night in Cartagena. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking from the 22nd floor. Breakfast was delightful.

The location is good, the ac was great. The room it was clean and had nice ocean view. The hotel let people come inside without even being announce to the room. Lack of security. The elevators are always busy. My room was going to be clean at 6 pm when we already came back from a tour. The shower stop and start looks like is the water pressure. Not much options at the buffet.

Shower wasn't very hot, no iron in the room, phone didn't work to call downstairs.

Amazing comfortable loved
-
A/C very noisy, food really bad, we found roaches in the room.
-
staff was rude, there were many prostitutes coming in and out of the hotel with clients, not a place for families. The rooms were musty and smelled like mold. The food was very basic and bland, not what I expected for the stay there

The Personal Was Very Friendly And Helpful Service ? They Don't Provide Bottle Water For The Guests In The Room.. Also In The Room They Don't Provide Restroom Amenities Like Hand Cream And Few TimesThey Forget To Leave Bath Towels Other Than That The Room Was Spacious Nice Always Smell Clean With A Very Nice Ocean View

Yes, no one speaks English and I couldn't even buy popcorn because of it! To make matters worst, the room flooded from the rain... they didn't care. I told them I had problems walking and then put in a flooding room on tile... very unsafe. Scared to take a shower due to all the water that was already in the room. I will be reporting all of this. I have videos and pictures. Room #1802 was a nightmare. Someone on duty should know a little English. He knew enough to tell me NO discount! NO ONE CARES. To have had a room that didn't FLOOD and hv some be able to let me purchase food when hungry.

The food in the restaurant breakfast its horrible, made better eggs and other options

It was very close to everything, taking an Uber was extremely easy and you were 10min away from almost any location. You could also go for a walk and find a lot of things around The view is amazing and the staff is very kind! I really liked that you could do your money exchange directly at the hotel. The rooftop was amazing, it has an incredible view of Cartagena and has a bar if you want to chill there at night! The AC was damaged or not sure, but it was not cooling the room, this was in all the hotel. At the restaurant it was so hot I was sweating while eating and was not pleasant at all. Despite the “all-inclusive” option, the drinks and food were kinda limited ( beverages like Coca-Cola or beers have to be purchased separately). I’d rather choose the breakfast only next time!

The place has a beautiful decoration, a beautiful structure, a very nice panoramic view, very friendly staff, a very well-kept dining room I think you should take into account the maintenance area in the infrastructure, both inside the rooms and outside. , elevators, hallways, since I understand that to be a 4-star hotel. They should improve that area.

Staff, amenities, food

Everything was perfect apart from my door flat it kept open. There was some problems with the hot water in the shower
-
Didn't like the service and kind of overpriced.
-
The windows were filthy, no balcony.

The unique shape of the building. it was easy to get a taxi back to the hotel. All taxi drivers knew the hotel. Mainly due to its shape. Ionly had to say the hotel name. There was no chalk for the pool cues. so, I couldn’t play pool. They need more English speaking staff. The male supervisor can speak good English, but he is not always at the desk.

Location Problems with cleanliness Terrible service (needed to involve the manager to be able to have a beer at the pool and book it on your room without paying cash for every beer- staff didn’t want to do it or were hunting for cash; only plastic drinking glasses and cups, other occasion: the city had a breakdown of water supply (quite common in Cartagena) but the hotel does not seem to have a plan how to deal with it, the reception promised to bring a bucket with water but guess what? It never arrived even with asking several times because I had to catch a plane, the list is actually longer , just to get an a idea
