The food was good, the staff were nice, especially Rosiris and the lady at check-in. The buffet had a very good variety. The first night there was rather noisy outside our window. The airconditioning didn't work well in our room.

The staff was friendly, the food was good, the hotel was clean. I know it’s a public beach, yet, there should be more security since the vendors stole from us. I also didn’t like all the vendors waiting at the corner of the property. I felt a little attacked and pressured to buy from them. The elevators were a bit slow, and the girl that took our order when we checked in didn’t make the dinner reservations for us, she got all our information wrong. I wasn’t offered an insurance for emergencies which I did end up having. Bartenders were not friendly at all, or at least not smiling.

Staff was terrible, most of them only spoke spanish. I needed an embulance tjey kept staring at me and almost let me lose my life.

Delicious food, different options for the dinner, lots of islands visiting options it was pretty hard to find someone who could speak English that was pretty surprising. also, the service that could get us to Baru worked till 3 pm/till the time of check-in, so it wasn’t possible to get there the next day

The only good it's breakfast because lunch and dinner that are same not good In the moment we're there they tell us the room is not ready at 4 afternoon because they are cleaning I have my room at 5.30 I lost 1 day and it stupidly they closed the pool in one place very hot at 6 pm

When I have my reservation they said they have 4 restaurants and it is only one and the only good it's the breakfast because lunch and dinner are terrible They need to live the pool open more time 6 pm it's to early to close that
