Hotel Cartagena Premium

La ubicación fue lo único medianamente positivo de la estadía. Y NO ES UN HOTEL PREMIUM (publicidad engañosa) La propiedad no se parece a las fotos publicadas. La piscina parece mucho más grande en las imágenes de lo que realmente es, y en general las instalaciones se ven antiguas, descuidadas y poco limpias. Incluso encontramos una cucaracha dentro de nuestra habitación durante la estadía. Los baños también resultaron bastante decepcionantes. El personal fue poco amable, poco atento y en varias ocasiones tuvo una actitud indiferente. Uno de los aspectos más preocupantes fue el manejo del equipaje. Las maletas se guardan sin ningún tipo de identificación, ficha o sistema de control. Cuando fuimos a reclamarlas, nadie nos ayudó; simplemente nos indicaron que entráramos al cuarto donde las almacenan y buscáramos nuestras maletas por nuestra cuenta. Esto nos pareció poco profesional e inseguro. Además, el ascensor es extremadamente lento y claramente insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes que recibe el hotel. En varias ocasiones tuvimos que esperar largos periodos de tiempo para poder subir o bajar, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más incómoda. Por el precio que cobran, sinceramente no vale la pena. Consideramos que es un hotel costoso para la calidad de las instalaciones y del servicio que ofrece. Incluso conversamos con otros huéspedes durante nuestra estadía y varios compartían la misma opinión: la experiencia no corresponde a lo que se muestra en las fotos ni a lo que uno espera por el valor pagado. La experiencia fue tan decepcionante que decidimos irnos un día antes y perder parte del dinero de la reserva antes que continuar hospedándonos allí. No volveríamos ni lo recomendaríamos.

It was very clean and breakfast was ok The Front desk charged me to allow friends to come to my room… This is unacceptable

The room was alright. The bed was good, comfy. It had a balcony and I could see a bit of the ocean. The location was very good, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and other places. I love that they served 3 meals a day and the food was delicious!!! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but in a higher floor. On the top they have a pool and the view is awesome!!! I loved it. Well the room was small, not the way I imagine it. When I went to open the sliding door to the balcony it wouldn't open. Until after pulling and pushing the door I notice it was like off the rail, after that was fix the door was ok. It didn't have a coffee machine or a microwave, but it did have a small fridge at least that was helpful. My room didn't have any dresser like where to put the clothes it did have hangers but I just left the clothes inside my luggage. They would also give one towel per person and then take it to wash it, so we would stay with no towel until the lady would come back with a clean towel so if I wanted to shower I couldn't, I would have to wait. That was kind of weird. Other hotels I have stayed at the room has like additional towels. But if you tell the cleaning lady she's nice and will bring you a clean towel.

There is nothing good about it. If anyone is thinking of going here, please do not go. It is completely different from the pictures, there is no water, no air conditioning, no towels. Some of the furniture is broken, and it has not been cleaned at all. All the pictures posted by the hotel are fake. Never book here. I paid for this place and had to find another hotel. It was really bad. Don't be fooled by the pictures, everyone.

Everything was really really bad, from the rooms to the service, the breakfast was the worst I ever seen.

The AC wasn't working. I waited 2 days for repair. Also I rented four bed and they took one from me without on my permission. They charged me to have a visitor. The room door was broken. No refrigerator, toilet seat broken Sliding door hard to open no handle And You can hear the air coming through the window because it's crack. Mattress has stains in dirty. I talked to a customer service named veruka Complish nothing and will not reverse my money back to get Another room or hotel.

Nothing at all , everything was horrible .picture from the place are false… will never stay There again. Rooms where dirty, the paint was horrible the beds had mold .. there ac didn’t work properly. The customer services and the staff where rude..the food was the worst.. I don’t recommend it to nobody.. I could not sleep..

Nothing The hotel is old and not taken care off. The walls were dirty, the bathroom was outdated and there were cockroaches. The bed was old, hard and uncomfortable. The room was too hot and the air conditioning remote was out of order.
