Comfortable room great view The place were you have breakfast was really crowded and the quality of the food was not that good. Coffee was terrible.

El hotel es espectacular , la ubicación, la vista desde la habitación, la piscina y en general todo muy agradable. Delicioso el sushi del maki bar. Al ir entre semana y temporada baja , el desayuno no estaba tan fresco como cuando vas un finde o temporada alta. Es el unico punto a supervisar.

The view from the room is nice, the long pool with a view is nice too. The hotel is outside of the party/city center, which is great if you want to have a place to rest. I feel that the breakfast became worse in the last years, there is not a lot of healthy options, and I would expect their arepas to be awesome, but they were dry and bland. Also, in the last years we were getting an upgrade for special occasions (especially during lower season), but this time they didn't even try to. Overall value for the money is ok.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

View from my balcony was beautiful and I felt like I was on SZA’s album cover. Like I was in the water, breathtaking if you’re into that! All the staff was so nice. Very close to all the restaurants I wanted to try and a shopping center in walking distance. It was a bit expensive but truly beautiful. The could use less pork breakfast protein option but everything was great.

Facilities. Swimming pool and breakfast Just one toilet paper for three people. We have to ask for additional toilet paper and they brought one. We ran out of hand soap. Seems like supplies are very restricted.

Very clean . Best thing the breakfast delicious every day something different. Staff very polite and helpful specially Omar by the pool ??? For the price some facilities should be updated. Showers, tables.etc Also drinks are very overpriced… 3 times more than outside

Everything! Location and great views from room and infinite pool views. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean! Delicious breakfeast and great variety of food, drinks, and delicious coffee. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I will definitely stay here again. 10 of 10! N/A

Great location, nice pool and professional customer service

We had a great time

It had a good pool area but nothing else for fun. The mini bar snacks are well overpriced as well as the cleaning service sucks. Breakfast is not the great experience.

The location is excellent, and the hotel itself has a modern look, especially with its sky bar. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The view from my room was amazing. The pool was very nice and had an infinity pool feel. The staff were lovely and very polite everywhere I went. Communication before arrival was difficult. I had to try several times to get ahold of someone. The room has a few areas that need improvement before it can be considered a 5-star hotel. There was no coffee maker or glasses available. Water was only provided upon arrival and was not restocked during my stay. The shower made a loud noise when using hot water. When I wanted ice, there was no place for guests to get it themselves, and when I asked for options, I was told it could be brought to my room for a fee. The TV is not a smart TV. They promote selling bath towels, yet there was no bath towel available for use during my stay, which makes no sense.

Location was perfect. Beach is not the nicest but I planned a Rosario excursion. My housekeeper was extremely nice , for my suite they left treats for us everyday. I did encounter some rude staff at the pool bar. They appeared to be bothered we were asking for drinks and food. There was one guy super nice though that was arranging the chairs. The actual bartenders and food servers were not friendly.

They would not honor my hotels.comreservation even though I had paid fully and had the reservation confirmation. After standing in lobby for two hours. The front desk said she could get me a room and then when it gets resolved they would reverser the charges. They did not.. I have confirmation from hotels.com that showed that they sent over the reservation. I ended up paying 3x the amount per night .
