Hotel Balcones de Bocagrande

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, u boljem kvartu, nalazi se u glavnoj ulici u kojoj su kafići, restorani, prodavnice. Pored smeštaja postoji market koji radi do kasno. Iako je na prometnoj ulici i naša soba je gledala na nju, nije velika buka, ona možda traje do ponoći i to se najviše čuje muzika. Sobe su prostrane i uredne, svaki dan su nas pitali da li treba da se čisti i zamene peškiri. Vlasnica i radnice su jako ljubazne i predusretljive. Doručak je od 7:00 do 8:30 i svako jutro je bio drugačiji, uz sok, kafu/kakao i sveže voće. Postoji sef u sobi, ali nije pričvršćen ni za šta i može ga izneti iz sobe ko god želi. U kupatilu nema tople i hladne vode, već je samo jedna - mlaka. Za tuširanje nam nije bio problem, jer je spoljna temperatura visoka, ali fali to da na lavabou imate izbor.

It kicked most of the boxes with 1 exeption. It was clean, well located, good AC, the staff is nice and welcoming. I liked how they cook the breakfast eggs. 7-8AM noise from people having breakfast, every day, one hour of pure noise pollution. It's like they were in my room, the same group of apes. Shower water too cold for my desire.

Stayed here at the last minute due to a problem. Employees were very helpful & welcoming. Excellent breakfast included. Easy access to beach. All good.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Location perfect with nice patio. Felt safe.

Perfect stay. Lovely staff. Sensibly sized breakfast. The toilet blocked very easily. Flush frequently throughout your 'session' to avoid. Also, a lamp in the room would be nice for the evening time.

No hot water. Can improve breakfast.

The people who worked there were lovely, very welcoming, trustworthy. I am a woman travelling alone and I felt safe there. It’s in a good location. It’s modest accommodation but clean and there are nice areas undercover where you can sit outside. I speak Spanish which helped. Could have done with more and better quality electrical outlets.

The staff of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. There was someone on reception 24 hours a day which gave a sense of security. The room was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The air con worked well. Breakfast was nice. They offered clean towels and to clean the room everyday. As the room faces the patio you could hear the noice of other guests when they were in the patio talking.

Location was good, close to several restaurants and beach. Staff was nice. Breakfast was simple, but they tried to change it everyday. The bed in our room was comfortable. For our stay I would say it was overpriced, but we stayed during New Year Eve, so I guess that is everywhere the same.
