Good location beside many restaurants and very close to the beach. There was no shower head in the bathroom. Water was only lukewarm, which was ok as it was very hot in Cartagena when I visited so a lukewarm shower was fine.

The location in Bocagrande is good to meet the differents spots around the zone, is quiet place to walk in the beach or just find some place to take a meal. The hotel was very neglected, broken bathroom elements, other dirty parts, internet is not so good if you need to work, cost benefit I think it's no ideal.

Great staff, great location, hotel isn’t new but well maintained and super clean! Rooms are comfortable. Prices are affordable for the area. The receptionist at night, named Luis, is a great person, very helpful and nice.

The location is amazing! Perfect! Bocagrande is beautiful, modern, with a lot of restaurants and stores. 10 minutes from the city center. The hotel is modest, perfect to sleep after a long day in the beach or the center. Despite the place has not attractive facilities you will have a good rest without being disturbed , It should have a small fridge or so to keep some cold drinks in the room
