This hotel is dated and dirty and need to be closed down and remodeled. Do not book here!! Read all the reviews that’s where I messed up at

Terrible hotel

We liked it very much. Personnel, service the facilities, the breakfast, all great! Nothing to say.

Price and 4 star does not go with what I saw. Maximum 2star

Location Breakfast has good fruits, the rest of the food should be ignored.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. The staff was really kind, attentive and responsive. Requests were taken care of in minutes. Nothing I can think of.

The location is perfect and the staff is very pleasant. I have stayed at this property before, many times, and it’s not because of the breakfast. ??‍♂️?. But I don’t stay at hotels because of its breakfast. I stay because of its location. Its staff is always pleasant. It’s clean. The hotel has a nice vibe.

Nice location in Boca Grande to stay The staff in the restaurant, breakfast etc could improve a little bit. They dont seem to care or empathise with you at all.

We enjoyed the location and casino. First the elevator did not work for our floor (11) only. The AC kept shutting off so we woke from our sleep multiple time drenched in sweat. The toilet would t flush and found roaches.

Location Was given a room that wasn't what I booked. Was stuck in elevator for 30 minutes with the doors opening to nothing but a brick wall. Felt like I was being buried alive. Once rescued by staff person, he proceeded to basically should us for pushing the emergency but several times and was very rude and made light of the fact that we were stuck saying" this can happen in the best hotels" as if that was comforting after panicking in hot elevator for 30 minutes.... that same stuff member proceeded to tell us that we should just leave the hotel... That same staff proceeded to tell front desk clerk to just give us our money and go. So rude and disrespectful so we did just that... we left. After arriving at the hotel to check in went spent a total of 45 minutes in the building and left rolling suitcases up and down streets of Cartegena Columbia looking for another hotel.

the hotel was beautiful, amazing views from floor 13th, the breakfast was really good, the staff was really helpful, also the location was perfect for me.

I like the beds and the staff. The shower was bad The breakfast was no good

The pool closed by 7 pm, which is quite early.

Elevators are disastrous, pool over crowded , too small. No work out area

Nice room for the price breakfast included was excellent. The crew was very nice n helpful cleaning was excellent. Maria w/ the tours was excellent. Thanks guys We locked out of 1203 one night and nobody had an extra key to open the room and the elevator you push up n go down or push down n go up
