Location. Restaurant and breakfast are great. It's boutique so small but perfect location and clean.

Clean rooms, clean lobby. Rooms looked comfortable to sleep in, big mirrors, and the breakfast was okay. Friendly staff. Ssdly the pool area didn’t receive any sunlight, it was always in the shadow which is unfortunate. The breakfast isn’t very satisfying, since there’s not much variety, or barely something left for people dining at 9am. Staff’s friendly but a little slow to be honest. Booked a day trip through the hotel, but the communication with the driver and the whole organisation is poor and misunderstanding, even if speaking spanish. There were mixups with the pickup time etc.

Location and ameneties are great. Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool is perfect There is no air flow in the room and the smell is not quite good. Towels are a bit old now.

Madisson Boutique Hotel is located in a great area. There are many shops and restaurants at walking distance. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are attentive and friendly. I did not like how there was only one outlet in the room. It was located in the bathroom, it was an inconvenience having to plug my phone in the bathroom for it to charge.

I liked the attention to decorations, the pool was nice, and the restaurant & breakfast was convenient. What you get at the breakfast was much better than at other cheaper hotels charging similar prices. Too open to the outside, so there are mosquitoes and the heat/humidity following you wherever you go if you’re not in your room or at the restaurant. Even at the gym my girlfriend complained of mosquitoes.

Good breakfast. Staff was gentle and kind. The bedroom was comfortable and very nice bathrooms. Unfortunately, the bedroom view (through the window) was not pleasant since the beach view was blocked by an old or ongoing building construction. Besides, at some days was very challenging to get quick and easy transportation from the hotel to anywhere, specially after 04:00PM.

Location is good. The staff was amazing. Always looking to help with anything. Beautiful and nice people always. It’s a little dark during the day. The bed was not really comfortable, very loud at night specially on the street side rooms. Breakfast options could be improved.

The layout out of the hotel is beautiful. Some rooms are super nice. The hotel is somewhat outside. I loved that aspect. It’s around the corner from the beach. It’s mid city. This hotel was just a nice stay even the staff I liked pretty much everything.
