Hotel Amoek

We came back to the hotel to find that there was no water from 4pm the day before checkout to the morning of checkout. After we informed the front desk that there was no water, they kept telling us that the water would come back and the water never came back. I understand that the water can sometimes go out, but seeing the front desk do nothing about the issue and scroll on social media on their phones was the tipping point. I was requested a bucket of water to shower and the bucket came but only after asking for it FOUR times. It got to a point where I had to cross the street to another hotel and ask for a bucket so that I could fill it up myself at the side of the building. There is no reason that paying guests should be crossing the street and filling up a bucket of water and bringing it back just to be able to shower. The unresponsiveness of the water issue got so bad that we decided to pack our bags a book a night at another hotel nearby. On top of that, the room that we were placed in had zero windows and the walls were paper thin so we could hear all of the noise outside our room at night and in the morning. I will be requesting a refund for what happened to us during this stay. Extremely unprofessional from the staff and I suggest anyone that is looking to stay at this hotel to consider another hotel, even if it means paying more money. Also, the hotel gives you two towels, and if you need an extra towel, they charge you for it. I am not one to complain EVER about hotels, as I am quite the minimalist, but what I experienced at Hotel Amoek was simply blatant disrespect towards us and all the guests about the water situation. Again, do not stay at this hotel and consider paying extra for another hotel in the area.

Location and staff Lotería level had no windows room to small air condiotioning was leaking for severas days, and cause my granson to fall and fracture lower knee, refuse to give a refund. Spend spend 10 hours in the hospital horrible Service.

I liked the place to sleep—it’s nice, comfortable, and very clean. I didn’t like the noise in the bathroom when I turned on the light, and that they didn’t provide breakfast.

Low signal Wifi Network

The property is dirty . It does not have refrigerator in the room. There is one for all the guesses and it is very dirty. There is not elevator . There is not hot water and the fauces do not have pressure for the water I did not Luke anything it is one Star 1/10

Extremely professional staff, FD, kitchen and housekeeping.

A lot of noise in the rooms, you could hear what they were talking about in the adjoining rooms, very bad experience. The reception staff could also be heard in the room conversation and laughter at night

The location was great—walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and easy to get around with Uber. The room was comfortable, although it had no windows, which made me a bit uneasy. While the area is nice, you’ll need to Uber to get to downtown or the clubs. The staff wasn’t very helpful, likely because they were new or lacked information. Also, we were two people but only received one key, which was inconvenient.

Beds were quite comfy, with lots of pillows. The staff was always kind and helpful. The stair steps are irregular in height.

The place is so beautiful and it's possible to find out all so nearby. The door wasn't working correctly and we had to tell them the changes of the room because it was impossible to close the door.

Staff Small, no windows, the bathroom door didn't close, there were some kind of bugs in the walls, they were doing some remodeling next door and they started making a lot of noise at 7

Good and clean room , very friendly and helpful personnel. Good location ,near to beach and all the restaurants. Safe neighbourhood Unfortunately there were some construction works going on during my stay and there was a lot of noise sometimes .But I guess it's not something the hotel can influence
