The main floors like lobby, restaurants and other facilities in the hotel was beautiful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Always ready and patiently ready to assist you. The breakfast was good. I can’t speak for other rooms, my room need major renovations or upgrades. The moment we walked in we turned off. I hope I don’t sound ungrateful Because two extra things your did that I appreciate, you give us a balcony without additional fees and also a welcome champagne. Please understand I’m not saying this hurt but maybe to help.

The staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful The room floor had big dirty marks on it. Room was not wiped in days. Only 2 towels for 2 adults

Dirty shower, full of hair on the walls and shower floor. Dirty top linen and pillow cases. They sent someone to come and clean the room but I didn't notice the shower until I got in it and saw hair everywhere. Pretty yuck moment
