The photos on Booking.com are outdated, the rooms and bathroom are in need of maintenance, and the door lock doesn't work from the inside. The towels and sheets were old and stained. The property needs maintenance.

No air conditioner control!

Location Cheap, uncomfortable bed and furniture. Room and amenities didn’t match how they looked in online pictures. Room isn’t worth more than $15-20/night

The staff was attentive I did not expect the hotel (motel) to be in that shape. On the pictures it looks like a very nice place to stay, but it is more of a motel or when you can't find a place to stay. Rooms are very small. Stairs are small. Breakfast was terrible. And if you get there by 9 am there is noting more for Breakfast.

The bar tender was very nice. The security guard ant the assistance outside were very nice and helpful. They have great food outside and a currency exchange business at the front. The lady at check in/ out was not friendly, not helpful and has no customer service skills. This is more of a motel. No towels. No elevators. No wheel chair accessible rooms.

EVERYONE IS NICE. EVERYTHING IS NEARBY. EVERYONE IS REAL FRIENDLY DOWN STAIRS YOU HAVE THE GUY WITH THE TOURS WITH THE SOMBRERO. CHIVAS IS MAD FUN THIS PLACE GOT A POOL W MUSICA AND GOOD BEER.

It was cozy, clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. In my opinion the Toledo hotel was excellent. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time. First of all the staff was nice, however, some receptionists were kinder than others. We encountered a centipede, it was coming inside our room from the entrance door. The price was a bit high but I guess it was due to the holy week. The food from the breakfast was great however our plan didn’t include lunch or dinner, which we thought was expensive to pay for separately. The check out was too early, our flight was at 7pm and we had to leave the hotel at 12am, and we weren’t aware of this information, having arrived at 10pm the first day, I believe the check out should have been different. Overall, we recommend the Toledo hotel, we had a lovely time here and will talk positive things about it to our acquaintances.

well situated in brocagrande breakfast was okay it’s dirty, the room was smaller then the one we booked and not clean: there were many coackroaches in our room. the wifi didn’t work inside the room the pool closes too early

the staff was helpful. no air conditioning, no towels for the pool or the beach.

Location. The sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was dirty. I found cockroaches in the shower and a lot of hairs from someone else.

Friendly staff! Difficult if you don’t speak Spanish! I have a little so all was good! Excellent location if visiting Bocagrande. Lack of hot water in the shower.

The location The air conditioning wasn't able to fix , so at nights the temperature was really cold
