Convenient, had everything needed on site.

The people at the restaurant were very attentive and cordial. The administrative staff was rude and uncooperative. We might not have booked directly with the hotel, but the agency we booked through was not the one making our experience better or worse, it was the personnel at the hotel, and as they could have find alternatives for our staying to be pleasant, they decided to charge to the most expensive rate for the kid travelling with us, this made the price very high, something that we would have paid with no regret on a five star hotel. Your facilities' lack of comfort, the elevators were painful, the bedroom small and uncomfortable, the refrigerator was a freezer, anything you put in there froze, the beds were not comfortable, the room was small, I would not be able to recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

breakfast, room and location very good more elevators, one was out of order

Very outdated hotel that needs some love and care. Furniture is broken, AC is super loud and barely functions. At check in the staff refused to give us beach towels for our time at the pool while the room wasn’t ready.

The hotel is located across from the beach and is approximately a 15 minute taxi drive from the airport which costs between $6 - $10 depending on the taxi driver. The hotel was very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room on the 8th floor had everything we needed, and the shower had very hot water. There was also a hairdryer and hair straighteners. The pool on the roof was great. Breakfast was good, with different options, but I feel the lunch and dinner options were very limited and were typically Colombian food. Hamburgers and hotdogs were available at the pool snack during certain times of the day, but I found the food was generally not hot, just luke warm. The food in the Lucia restaurant was good and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and nice. The wifi was a bit sporadic one day and I wasn`t able to check in for my flight until much later but in general it was good. Overall, we had a good time at the hotel. The only thing that I think could be improved are the food options for lunch and dinner. I really think more are needed as it generally consisted of soup, salad, 2 types of meat, rice and vegetables. It`s not very adventurous

Nothing! It was awesome

It is close to the beach and cheap The pictures and the advertisement of the place is misleading. The pool is tiny and they are militant. They don’t let you have guests, they put me in a room with no view despite claiming in was an ocean view. I had walls outside my window. At Checkout, they don’t let you leave till they send someone to physically inspect your room and count their inventory. They literally have the guard at the door physically detain you. Btw they inspected and found all their shit, but still the experience was horrible. It felt like a prison, not a hotel

The breakfast buffet style was great. the location is right in front of the beach. AC did not work well in the first room on the 13th floor. we got switch to another room and i cant say it was any better. the hallways are hot . the AC unit could use an improvement.

First of all the location is fantastic you just have to walk a few steps and there you are at the beach ⛱️. Allison Michelle the front desk girl went above and beyond giving us the best tips and service. We arrived really early and Allison Michelle took care of our lounge and gave us beach towels to go right away to enjoy the beach. The Hotel has a lot of amenities such as a gym, great pool located on the 18 floor with an amazing snack where Sergio the bar tender made us feel like home. The restaurant has a fantastic selection of different kinds of food with the amazing service from the staffing. I definitely recommend it to go and have a blast in Cartagena Plaza Hotel. The only risk is falling in love with it.

We liked everything - staff, facilities, food etc.! Staff was very friendly! Nothing to complaint about. Smart google assistant in the room, possibility to dance every day etc. What not to like?
-
the location was good. the beach was not usable due to the excessively aggressive people selling things and massages. also the buffet had meat, eggs and cheese in everything but the fruit. nothing for vegetarians, vegans and very little for those who do not eat pork, beef or dairy. did not even have plant based milk for coffee or cereal.

Well, breakfast was ok. Gosh, it’s a really run-down hotel. The AC in my room did not work. A maintenance guy brought a fan. I slept really bad the only night I stayed at the property.
-
The beds were very uncomfortable. Didn't get any sleep due to loud construction going on inside the hotel at night. Furniture is very old and outdated. Pictures are definitely deceiving.
-
breakfast was basic but edible, hotel was more of a local vibe hotel needs a lil remodeling but not too bad
-
The butler service. Poor management not carting for Europe customers
-
Location is ideal for beach goers. The breakfast has lots to offer. The pool is actually a fun place with games held by the hotel to win prizes. Room was large in size. Staff are friendly. Nice place to stay. Location to delicious restaurants are nearby.

Staff was really friendly and location was pretty good. Food selection on the buffet was good but repetitive Pool was very small, All inclusive was very limited specially with alcohol. Next time i will probably not choose the all inclusive as we were hardly there for lunch

Bed was good. Breakfast was good when you could fine a table. Coffee. Would like to have a way to save a table. One waste a lot of time to find a spot. People just disregard your spot and sit. I was getting or trying to get some fruit and a grandma and a kid took my table. Even though i had left my key there. If the restaurant has a way to improve it will be great. The last thing one wanted is to either no having a proper meal and / or not allowed to have a table if going solo.
