All is good

i liked the location, the staff and their breakfast! the hand soap, shower soap and shampoo was all the same. my hair is all damaged by that “shampoo”. we had inconveniences with the towels as sometimes they were not available or forgot to give us new ones.

Breakfast is very simple - just a sandwich... but you don't expect much from the price it cost.

Front desk and customer service were good.

The first set of towels were clean and soft but the towels after that were stained and rough.

The pool is perfect for a relaxing time.

The pool and inner courtyard was wonderful. The pool chairs were especially nice! The window was mostly blocked by a wall to the inner courtyard so there was no natural light.

Location Guest policy wasn’t explained well

The room, bed and facilities were nice and confortable. The breakfast delicious.

Staff was polite and prompt to help. Pool bar wasn't opened.

While the room and pool offered a convenient option for a brief overnight stay before our onward journey, we chose this place particularly as the hotel offered a Conference Room for hire which I required for a Board meeting. Sadly, the overall experience fell significantly short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered a considerable issue with the pre-booked Conference Room. Despite having paid for and confirmed its availability with your staff in advance, the room was unavailable when I needed it. Furthermore, due to the timing overlapping with our checkout, we were moved to another room where the internet connection was unusable, which severely hampered my ability to prepare for my meeting. We also experienced a significant lack of privacy and disruption in our room. While resting with my wife and son, maintenance staff began working on our door without any prior notice or knock. They even entered the room, which we found both intrusive and unsettling. Finally, the arrangements for our family joining us for breakfast were poorly handled. Despite informing your staff in advance and confirming our willingness to pay for their consumption, there appeared to be internal miscommunication regarding procedures. This resulted in a chaotic and unpleasant experience during breakfast. While we appreciated the pool facilities and the efforts of the administration to resolve issues, the aforementioned problems significantly detracted from our stay. The lack of availability of a pre-booked and paid-for facility, the intrusive maintenance work, and the disorganized breakfast service created a decidedly less than ideal experience. I hope you will take this feedback constructively to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.

Provide only one towels for faces , feet and hands . Did not have a coffee or tea maker, no cup for water. Poor help .

The hotel was very affordable, the food offerings were tasty and the pool was nice. I liked that check out was so late and it was close to the beach. They only provided two towels for the entirety of our stay, they did not bring us any new towels or have any pool or beach towels to use. The WiFi didn’t work in the room at all.

Perfect location in Bocagrande. Everything is a short walk away. Useful supermarket right across the street to pick up water, soda, fruit and fresh-made pies. Big room. Good breakfast from Tac restaurant but they need to start making some home fries and replace those tiny coffee cups that are Expresso size. Room and amenities could be better. Shower door did not close, old towels, one skimpy roll of toilet paper, useless TV. For those with mobility issues, there is no elevator. Pillows not comfortable.
