The water in the shower was just lukewarm. Breakfast offers a huge variety of sweet options, but could be improved on the savoury side, for example with some salads and vegetables.

It was super close to the Reggia and the historic center. Also super quiet. And there was a private parking space (12€ per night) The breakfast was ok - had more than the italian average (also a bit of cheese and ham and eggs) The street the hotel is located in looks a bit dodgy… The room had scratched walls and the air con has leaked at some point so there was a stain under it. Hotel overall quite dark

There was communication before check in. I told them I would be arriving late and when I got there they were not open. No one answered the phone and no one opened the door. I pushed the door ringer multiple times.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location: ten minutes walking distance to the Reggia. Very comfortable parking in a closed yard few steps from the hotel (to be reserved: few places!!) Room wide and clean, with a separate area with couch and extra tv. Bathroom small but sufficiently comfortable. Fairly good breakfast. Good dinner at restaurant: not a wide choice but good quality. Perfect wi-fi. A couple of arm-chairs and a small table to make a true sitting space would be greatly appreciated and woul definitly cintribute to the standard if the hotel.

It was walking distance to the Royal palace and a few restaurants. Perfect for our 1 day stay.

Room was a very good size, comfortable, clean, short walk from the station and to the royal palace. Very good value for money. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Bar area was just part of the reception.
