Great small place to stay. Friendly people and the location was in walking distance to the city center. Fresh cornetto for was amazing and the coffee machine was easy to use and delicious. The place was super clean and comfy.

The room was clean and comfortable and exactly as described The building itself is old and the entrance does not feel anything like once you get inside. So rating the property I give it a high rating. But rating how you feel as you enter the building courtyard leaves you wondering a bit. The room listed with a hot tub but realistically, we tried to fill it and it would take a very long time.

Modern, clean and well decorated. The kitchen is not really a kitchen for cooking, no dishes and stove. More a place to make a tea or coffee.

The room was large, stunning and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally as stunning and the shower was lovely. We received fresh croissants and small cakes for breakfast every morning and there were also 3 types of cereal and different types of tea to choose from, as well as Italian coffee. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing messages with useful information regarding the local sites and restaurants. He responded very quickly if we had any queries. There is a supermarket very close by and the train station is just a 5 minute walk away, which was very useful for us. A short work into the main sites of Caserta leads you to several shops and restaurants. The entrance to the property is not well lit until you reach the steps, but other than that, the b and b entrance and room are stunning and well lit.

Convenient location. Very easy communication. Plenty of free parking right in front. The rooms are in a building which looks dilapidated (not in the control of Royal Dreams). There's no elevator.

The room was immaculate and the staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and eager to offer assistance. The room is close to the train station and the Royal Palace.
