Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Staff was polite and nice. Location is good, close to via Etna and easy walk to the city. Room was cleaned each day. Breakfast is missing fruits and vegetables and generally more options. Would be good to add some hangers for jackets in the room. Our bathroom was missing one shower door so everything got wet, but we reported this to the reception so hopefully this will be solved.

The shower and bathroom needed some touching up. The shower head did not work properly. Outside of that it was a lovely place to stay.

The only positive thing is that it had a parking spot ( for which there is a charge) other than that nothing positive Bfast was a joke. Its like they are saving on costs. On the first day we went down for bfast at 8.30am and almost everything was finished. We asked for eggs and we were told that they had 8 (yes just 8 eggs) boiled eggs and the first people who went for bfast ate them all ?. Besides that, the staff are incredibly not friendly at all. Will not even reconsider on my next visit.

This is a nice hotel, centrally located, just 10 minutes walking from the via etnea. The hotel is modern,clean and has parking which cost 10 euros per day, which is very useful for someone staying in Catana. We rented a double and a single room. The shower in the single room wasn't working as the shower faucet was broken.We informed the receptionist on Saturday evening and we felt that the problem would be solved by the following day. When we returned on Sunday evening around 7 o'clock, the problem was not solved and nobody informed us at the entrance of the hotel.We realised the problem when entering the shower. Very inconvenient!! The receptionist said they could do nothing as it was Sunday . Eventually they offered an other room but there the air-condition didn't work. Concerning breakfast I have to say it was rather poor and served in a very neglected space in the terrace, Apart from that we had no other negative experience

Breakfast is a disaster. there was no one upstairs to help you make a coffee, for exemple. They only had ham and cheese
