A very clean hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfast was good. Spacious room.

We were there for only 1 night and arrived late so cannot give a complete review as was such a short stay but our experience was very good. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was in good central area. Hotel was clean.

A disappointing hotel experience. I paid for services that simply did not exist. Several claims were misleading. On Booking.com, the hotel lists parking, even a garage. In reality, there is none. You either find a spot on the street, if you’re lucky, or use a public parking area three streets away. It also states that breakfast is included. In practice, if you want something as basic as fried eggs, you are asked to pay an extra €6. The room is advertised as air-conditioned. When we stayed in April, it was 26°C outside and 28°C inside the room. The air conditioning could not be used because the system is centrally controlled and was set to heating. Beyond that, the breakfast is poor, the service quality is low, and the overall standard of the hotel is underwhelming. I raised all these issues at reception. There was no apology. I do not recommend this hotel.

A good NH worthy of this usually reliable brand. Staff excellent. Good breakfast. A walk from main Catania attractions.

Had to ask to have robes brought to our room even though the room photo included them. The bathroom looks like marble in the photos and at first glance but it’s actually nylon. The bedroom was extremely clean but the bathroom had a few hairs and the bidet smelled strongly like urine from a previous guest.

It is an elegant and decent hotel, we had a great time.

Lovely Staff, great breakfast, strategic position

Nice, modern hotel with good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. We had to change rooms as the mattress was very hard and the room was very hot (winter time). But the new room was great and we appreciated the quick action by the staff.

Location was decent, breakfast was good, also great bar in the hotel. Temperature in the room was > 26C and no cooling available. Opening the window helped but it was very loud. We had red ants in the bathroom. I ordered one large bed, but we have been provided two mattresses joined together - not good. The room was prepared for one person: one weather glass, one wine glass, one bathrobe.

Great hotel with wonderful staff! We arrived from Ortigia around 1030am and room was not ready. However, bell man took luggage up to our room and front desk phoned us two hours later to say room was ready. We appreciated it immensely! Long walk to main tourist areas however it is close to shopping street and there is bus service.

Clean and quiet Good location Staff very nice I was charged for 2 nights but stayed for 1. Requested 2 rooms for the 1 night so that the fee charged could be same. Was told that wasn’t possible. Was given a room upgrade however which was considerate. Would not go through booking.com again for travel needs.

The position is excellent and the facility is spotless , well maintained The staff is the best I ever met , above and beyond the expectations. Agata is my favourite, very professional and compassionate , she would never leave disappointed None
