Excellent location (close to airport bus stop, downtown, fish market) and the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the host and staff. They'll do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Perfect location, close to the city's main attractions and public transport hubs. We liked the quirky decor and laid back atmoshpere, Salvo and the staff make everyone feel welcome. Breakfasts were amazing, even if simple, we loved the homemade food. Trying the orange juice is a must, the 1 euro price is a bargain! The mattress felt heavily used, it was uneven and could cause backpain.

Very friendly staff, always in touch and helped with advice on what to see and where to go. The hostel is very clean and cozy, especially liked the breakfast and the common area with a balcony.

Friendly staff and lovely owner Salvo, who was helpful in helping us decide on our plans for the evening and receptionist Annushka, who helped us navigate the city. It was a wonderful evening in Catania.

Everything! The place is very clean and organized, it is well equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the room was smelling super nice and the bathroom, kitchen and common area always well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and prepared to help you in any case. The location of the place is near all the main atractions of the city and just a block away from a bus station where you can get buses for other cities around Sicily. I liked everything.

Everything was perfect! Salvo was a great host and i will be returning hopefully very shortly back. The facilites, location and home made breakfast was absolutely awsome!

Even though it was really close to the city center, the street was a bit uncomfortable to walk at night.

The cool factor thats it!!! No othercomments!!! A private bathroom means a bathroom that is Not shared with others!!! No other comments.

We spent 3 nights at "Urban Pop", everything was in perfect order, there was a family atmosphere during breakfast, the owner was very nice, smiling and willing to help,unusual but very interesting,colorfull decor the only small minus was a separate bathroom, which was locked and only at our disposal, at night around 1:00 next to our room (Giraffe) there was noise and doors slamming in the staff room all the time for all 3 nights

Good location close to a bus hub and the airport Alibus. It was very clean, the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. Ultimately the question is would I stay there again? Yes I would. All was good.

We stayed only 1 night but we were suprised how nice was our room,the personal is very kind and we had optimal breakfast in the morning
