10 minute walk from the center. 20 minutes from the bus station Furniture was old and uncomfortable, pictures didn’t align with the property, blankets appeared dirty. They gave me keys but none of them worked to open the front door (I even had the staff try). Facilities were much more worn down than pictured. Shared space so you can hear everything in the hallway.

The rooms were large and well furnished, and very clean! The breakfast included fresh pastries from a nearby bakery, bread, ham & cheese, yogurts and tea and coffe. We were able to access the breakfast room throughout the day for a hot beverage or to have dinner (take-away from a nearby pizza place). The staff is very kind and responsive

The location of the facility is very good to enter and exit Catania. Also the private parking space was very good for our motorcycle. Still we were advised to put secure disc locks ad a precaution. Also the staff were very helpful. Although the room we were in was big the bathroom especially the shower needs a refurbishment.

Free parking Just outside the B&B Quiet neighbourhood and no traffic noise The room wasn't well cleaned. Walls need to be repainted. Couldn't have my included Breakfast as it started at 8:30am, I left the room at 7:45 as I had to go to the airport

The cleanliness was okey but because of the very old and bad condition furnishing we felt it dirty and uncomfortable. Breakfast not bad but I would take care of cleaning way more. The staff was nice and location 15’ walking distance from the center. Not the very best stay but fine for the price. The room was different than the one from the photos. Even if it was big and spacious the furniture were used and old, shower door were literally broken. Around the room we had insects (cockroach), the hotel has a problem with them and it influences a lot the comfort of staying. I would suggest something more professional to deal with it instead of just spreading some powder around.
