Four Points by Sheraton Catania Hotel & Conference Center

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We also loved the swimming pool with the vibe of a resort (well maintained lounges, on-site bar, etc. The parking attendant was also very helpful. It appears that the room - for its size - was "under-furnished" (lots of empty space, sofa maybe?). That was our only observation/comment.

Gym was very disappointing. Parking is overpriced in my opinion.

Very nice, new, clean and comfortable. Good for the money, good breakfast, we really enjoyed it. A little far from the centre, we had to wait for a cab for more than 20 minutes on a Saturday evening.

The reception staff & lady running the restaurant were exceptional. Excellent Pool was a bit too cold for my but it’s May & I could get waist deep

It was the nicest in the area… but that doesn’t say much. There was no drinks available at the pool and they harass you and make you leave if you bring in your own water / soda

Great pool and they bring you towels, twin bed we super large which was great and the breakfast was amazingggg We booked a private spa session but they got the wrong day. Thankfully they didn’t charged us when we didn’t show up and were able to book us almost immediately the correct day ?

We had a very comfortable room, with great views of the ocean. We didn't have time to explore the facilities, but from what we could see, they offered quite a bit. The hotel recommended an excellent Taxi driver (Paula), whom we used quite a bit for our stay. The breakfast had a nice variety. The hotel is quite far from most of the attractions, so we found it easier to take a taxi.

Nice staff, comfy beds, good gym available 24/7, location quiet which was important for us Outdated rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast cold. As for Italy it was very good but comparing to normal Breakfast options I'd say improvement needed.

Quiet property and nice beds. The bathrooms are old, look dirty and the worst water pressure in shower heads. Taking a shower with weak water pressure and water temperature was a nightmare.

Great views from our room! Fantastic, we love the Sicilian sea Hmm, nothing much to complain about. Bit far from Catania city center but that’s how u can enjoy unblocked ocean views ?

Breakfast was much better (and a greater variety) than most US hotel standard fare. Bar was open for extended periods with a wide variety of drinks available. Rooms were nice. Front desk staff were very helpful. Halls were not vacuumed. Bar "food" limited. Common area was dated. Pigeons were also patrons of the outside dining area and had to be chased from tables where customers had gone to refill their drinks, etc.

Charged parking and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Shared balcony. Put up a privacy screen, like on a cruise ship.

Perfect, great staff.. meal selection was great, not crowded and easy to get around. Maybe the coffee, the machine makes a good coffee but not great.

Nothing Everything

The hotel was great. For example, many pilots and flight attendants were checking in and out. Great location. Unexpectedly, we had dinner at the hotel the first night. I had linguini and clams and it was the best linguini and clams I had (and I had this dish at 7 different restaurants in Sicily! LOL) The food and restaurant manager were top notch. Nothing
