Nothing No parking Building was horrible The bathroom was disgusting plus you cannot flush toilet paper

Nothing, absolutely disgusting. First time giving 1/10 review. The studio messaged us with the instructions how to get the key and enter the apartmant after check in hours because we came late around 11PM. They provided us with wrong key for a room of Hotel Sofia because they were working together. The room they provided was 10 classes degraded from the studio we reserved. Pure disgusting, bed from 18 century, the walls were filty, with mosquito blood and breaking down. When you enter the room, you get a stench of old furniture and smell of something which a window was not opened for days. It was filty, only the sheet covers were cleaned (thank god). We've messaged and called them multiple times but there were no response. Because it was late and we didn't know if booking will refund us, we decided to sleep for the night. At 8AM we went to discuss with the receptionist about this mistake. We asked why they gave us a wrong room and we want to get the keys to the room we reserved, her response was "we thought it would be okay with you if we put you in to a different room". We were pissed and demented to give us the keys to our room, she responded with "we don't have a available room at the moment, you will have to check after 12PM" because the room was given to someone else. We had to travel an carry on with our bags because OUR room was not ready. Later that day they gave us the keys to the correct room stating that "per your request, we've changed your room" we were pissed even more. The room in hotel Costanza was even worse state then the previous one, it was not cleaned, there was mold, the bed was not cleaned and so on... Absolutely disgusted by the staff and the reservation. Never again, 1/10. Do not book in this studio. I hope no one makes a reservation in this hell hole. Sadly we cannot provide more pictures.

Great location, hospitality Hair dryer looked out of order. Unfortunately hotel staff was out of the reception in the evening, so we had to sleep with hair wet.

Central location. Communication was easy, and we received helpful information about getting to the accommodation from the airport. Very friendly staff. The room was not very clean or well-maintained. On the contrary, there were broken items, such as the hand soap dispenser, and VERY dirty things like the cup for the toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, there was a white strip on the bathroom wall (I couldn't tell what material it was) with hairs stuck to it. Lastly, the bed mattress was not a single unit but two separate ones next to each other, and the headboard was quite far from the mattresses, so our pillows kept falling into the gap.

Walkable to everything. Clean, modern room. Close to bus stop for BRT5 bus from Catania Centrale and back. Breakfast coupons to neighboring cafe. 10:10...will stay again in a week or so.

No bed sheets on the first night. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep.

There was an aircondition failure first night . The hotel staf was wery polite and upgraded our stay to a suite for free

The location was really good in the city center . Reseptionist girl was very lovely and helpful. breakfast was not worth it . It was just a cornetto and coffee in the nearby cafeteria. Also it would be good to have a cup in the room for water etc .

Very good hotel for 1 night in Catania. Close to the coolest bars, it allows you to experience the city's hot nightlife. Clean and very nice. I don't think it's a nice place for a long stay, Very basic. But still comfortable and super cool. Depends on expectations.

Helpful staff. Centre of city. Clean and comfortable. Can't ask for more... Nothing to dislike.
