The location Nuestra habitación tenia la ducha afuera del baño y no tenia cortina entonces claro si vas con amigos… un poco incomodo

Location is great and staff are great. I searched for a property with a swimming pool, but it said the outdoor pool was temporarily closed, but I assumed it would be open by the time I was going a few months later, but there doesnt appear to be a pool there at all.

It was in a great spot around the center with a lot of options around to eat or drink. The host was very friendly and there was breakfast included in the price. Ii t wasn't soundproof enough which led to a lot of noise coming from other rooms or the nearby houses late at night which made it difficult to sleep some days.

It was very good for a one night stay. The location is great, you're on the main square of Catania in 5 minutes. I liked the breakfast which included toast, ham and cheese. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from outside (the window faces the courtyard). Communication with the host was difficult without speaking Italian, especially since there was some misunderstanding about our Genius breakfast, but it turned out well in the end. We had a pretty long power outage at night, so if it happens often, it could be a problem during longer stays (there was a note about restarting the boiler in case of a blackout). It's best to communicate your arrival time by text rather than through Booking.

it's quiet because it's not on the main street, but the entrance door does not isolate sound, so you will hear everyone in the morning.

Close to the hotspots In first place Needed to wait a while before someone came to check me in and open the door.. no one speaks any English What I didn’t like and needed to report to alle parties and really angry about is that during the check that they asked me for my paspoort included a picture with a private phone of my credit card.. that means they have all ye the information to make payments with my creditcard.. impossible to discuss anything because they speak Italian only.. really disappointed about this and therefore regretted my stay at this accommodation..
